It was okay. I would like to more options. Such, some bacon every now and then. I had to eat sausages either link or patty type. More yogurt options too. The coffee and orange were the best for me in the morning.

There were a few minor things I would suggest some improvement on: 1. Housekeeping should turn on the heating/air conditioning unit to make sure it does not make noise. I had to hit the unit on top a few times to stop the noise. 2. Housekeeping should also vacuum the couch in room I stay in. I found blonde hairs on one side of couch which was unsettling. I sat on the other side of couch since I was only one in room.

The location was perfect and the room was clean and very cool. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Even though is was just an overnight stay, I would come back to this location again in the future.

My visit was very short, but the door key was hard to work. It did not open the door on a number of tries so I had to go back to the front desk and get the clerk to reissue it and eventually move to another room.

The property is exceptionally clean, 5 stars for cleanliness. The king suite is huge, perfect for my family of 4. The pool was very clean. However, Booking.com lists a hot tub on the property and it is cemented over. I choose properties based on them having a hot tub, so that was disappointing and needs to be fixed on the booking site. Overall, this property is exceptionally clean and a great value for the price.

We travel as a family and being protective of my family, there were a number of sketchy characters in the surrounding rooms. However, I understand this is a very affordable hotel and great quality for the price, so the low price will bring in a range of guests and that may just be part of the “cost” of staying here. The actual facility is exceptionally clean and well run. There were definitely some drugs and drug users on property though and that brought down the enjoyment of our stay.

It was very clean , quite the location was pretty good also, it was quite at night beds where comfortable it’s was great

When I checked in the staff at that time did not have things together when it was time to check in, had to wait, just don’t like that no one was at the desk at night to watch who is coming in and out,breakfast could be longer and you can’t get any coffee after breakfast

We were down for my nephew's graduation. The location was perfect.... The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will most definitely stay here again.

The room was a handicap room, I loved the space and the staff was willing to give me another room. I don't like handicap rooms because thanks to the good Lord, I don't have any handicaps. Just wished I could have had the same space without all of the accommodations for a handicap person.

It was close to where I was going. Very convenient and cozy

Manager had a slight attitude when checking in. But she did not intimidate me. So I laughed it off. But can tell she does that often to people. She did not ruin my stay. Also toilet quit flushing day of checkout. Hope they got it fixed. We did not leave a mess, but just stopped flushing for sone odd reason.

TV didn't work in our room the first night, but they moved us for the second. Ice machine on our floor did not work.

Loved how spacious the room was. I also loved that the facility was not pet friendly because my family has really bad allergies. its hard to find nice clean hotels with affordable rates that doesn't accept pets. We visit Texas about 4-5 times a year and this will be our go to place to stay.

Location next to Splashtown and Mercer Botanic Garden, so stayed here for a night. Room was spacious and breakfast was full service (waffles, egg, sausage, etc.). But best part was the staff and their level of service. I wish I got her name, but I asked if they had ice cream which they didn't have, so before I could take a trip to the local Walmart to make the kids happy, she provided two popsicles from her personal collection to make sure I didn't need to leave in the middle of the night. What service!

The staff was great and the breakfast was worth getting up for! I enjoyed my stay and would plan to stay again🤗

Housekeeping did not fix and change the bedding each day.
