Beautiful entrance, the lobby smelled wonderful. The front desk agent was kind and pleasant. Room exceeded expectations. I love the "details" in the bathroom; the way they tied the trashbag, the fold on the toilet paper, etc. Room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again!

My only feedback is in the restaurant/bar. The service staff did not work as a team, the host could've been more pleasant, and the bar staff did not scan the bar, at all. We sat at the bar for at least 15 minutes before we were event acknowledged. We don't mind the wait, but eye contact and a hello, I'll be with you in a moment would have been nice. Drinks were good, food was decent.

The hotel and location are outstanding. It was a busy time at the hotel, but the staff were courteous and did not miss a step. The customer lounge was excellent, and the breakfast was the best I've had in a long time. I only wished we'd use the lounge more.we

The bed was a little firmer than we were accustomed to and took some time to get used to. We managed to get some sleep, and the extra pillows provided by the staff really helped.

It feels like it's its own community. Food and a movie theater is literally walking distance. They had a lot of activities on the lawn, including s movie night. The hotel is really nice and modern.

It's a little ways grom Houston, but not too bad. The free parking is very limited and you have to either valet for $28/night or park in the parking garage for $22/night if you don't find a free spot. No microwave in rooms, but they can bring one to your room. Parking was the worst thing about the hotel. Everything else was great.

The breakfast was amazing since I am a Marriot rewards member. The food & coffee room stays open all night with free cokes, coffee, tea, juice & milk. Great perk!

The breakfast was really bad, we ordered the American breakfast and the bacon and potatoes were burnt and they forgot to send us the toasts. When I called the front desk to ask for the toast, the receptionist was rude and deliberately kept me on hold. The toast finally arrived after 1 hour, by then, our breakfast had turned cold.

Friendly staff with quick check in and check out. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Room request away from the elevators was fulfilled and our room was very quiet. Even with a prom in the lobby, we were able to get a good nights sleep.

Entrance to the hotel is cramped regarding vehicles. They didn't plan the drive well at all.

We loved everything about Houston CityPlace Marriott at Springwoods Village! We don’t have a single complaint. I believe having the nice televisions with streaming services made out last weekend perfect. 10/10 and will definitely be staying again soon!

duvet cover is a joke. It only covers a quarter of the duvet from the inside. Unless the duvets are washed very regularly it is not hygenic. Bathroom was not properly cleaned from the previous guest. Long hairs and debris on bathroom floor.

The approach to the hotel is amazing, when you enter the hotel it seems to open up and very welcoming and the room is a very good size, looks modern and with the necessary amenities. Staff were very friendly, they make us feel comfortable and go the extra mile. Location is great as well with restaurants and the free nearby street parking was very welcome. I could go on and on......fantastic stay all round.

Honestly nothing I can think of as it is way above other hotels in it's class in my opinion.
