I like the fact that there were no people walking and hanging out on the blvd or hotel area. It was neat and clean. The parking lot was without gravels. It was smooth and uncongested. Check-in was smooth with no additional offers or requests. The room was simple but functional. The decor was matching and attractive. Window match curtains matched the bedding. Floors was without any carpet. Floors were tiled and clean. There was a microwave and frig. This is now considered the basics for rooms. I loved the bathroom. I love the shower drop and wall fountains. Check-out was soooo easy and smooth. I will book again...

one way in & out

Well, the room was very comfortable and the bed was nice. Location was good for me as well for the reason I was in Houston. The bathroom faucet flow wasn't much more than a trickle. It's a good thing that there was another sink in the small bar where the refrigerator and microwave were located. Also, about half of the rubber nozzles on the "rainfall" showerhead were clogged, which I took the time to unclog as well as the sprayers mounted in the wall, which is a nice touch. I found the lack of a clock a little strange as well. The motel does have WiFi. I called to ask for a password, but it wasn't needed. All-in-all it was a nice stay. I was mainly just sleeping in the room, but the above items I mentioned should be addressed. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relatively inexpensive comfortable room.

As I mentioned above, a clock, functioning bathroom sink and unclogged shower heads would have been better.

That’s not my first visit in this hotel this year. In January I was in Houston more than ten hotels. But only this place stayed in my mind and my heart). Very clean, silent, comfortable… apartment like in regular hotels Hilton class. I recommend this place. The thing that maybe need to improve - breakfast)). But that’s why I’m 240 pounds)).

While the motel was very clean and the staff were great. The check in process was very long. I waited over 30 minutes to receive a key and room assignment. I was expecting to get the key and go since I booked prior to arrival but other than the check everything else was great.

Clean, quaint stay. I didn't spend much time in the room but while there I felt comfortable. The place is good for the value. Great location off of a main thoroughfare.

Room was very clean and it had a microwave and nice size refrigerator. The best thing was the shower. That was the best shower by far from any hotel I've stayed in.

Only thing was that the front door wasn't sealed tightly.

I loved everything about Crystal Inn. The staff was very nice. They made sure that I was comfortable. They had everything I needed for my stay. The staff in the lobby was very helpful and nice too. They also have reasonable prices for their rooms. And the rooms are spacious.
