I really liked how every time I walked into the lobby, a staff member told me good morning/evening. They also made sure to greet everyone that walked in the doors. Housekeeping also made sure that we had more than enough things to keep us comfortable during our stay.

Because it was connected to the convention center, it was really hard to find a parking space when I would return from my trip to town. Maybe if there were some more parking accommodations they could have more people come for the convention center as well as the hotel.

The breakfast was very good! The wait staff was helpful and friendly. I really liked the coffee, and the fact that there was half & half. We had a good night's sleep and weren't awakened by loud noise.

The main thing that was lacking was the upkeep of the carpet. The decor was rather bland, but since we were only there for one night, that was rather secondary. There were some small things in our room, such as a powdery substance on the table top.

Staff were friendly..

Although I had to sign an acknowledgement that the hotel was under renovation, a discount should have been given. And the smell of oil paint on my last night of stay was over powering.

The associate Lela who checked us in and the manager LaTanya were both very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

No complaints.

The breakfast manager was excellent! She was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. Perfect display of exceptional customer service.

The pool was closed, it would have been nice to know that before booking.

The beds were so comfy and the rooms were very clean. The rooms are very apart from each other so you can’t really hear anyone next to you if there is. Breakfast came included and it was very very good. You will love the breakfast there.

The staff wasn’t very friendly and the two ladies that were at the reception desk looked like they were tired of being there.

I reserved a room 3 weeks prior. Then when I got there the only room available. Was handicap accessible. The key card holder had another room number on it. I called ahead an informed them I would be checking in early.

We came in very late, and the front desk staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

We booked two rooms online (one with two queens and the other with a king). Upon arrival, the front desk staff let us know the hotel had been overbooked, and they did not have the king room available. I do appreciate that the hotel staff person made certain that we, at least, had two queen rooms in which to stay for the night. The only point of improvement I want to mention, for the room, was that the shower water pressure was very low.

Staff was fantastic,bed very comfortable, room very clean, bar opened at 5pm, grill food was great.

The office style chair in the room looked like they picked it up alongside the road. All other furniture was in very good shape!

It was nice, well kept, the staff at the restaurant was the absolute BEST!

They were just short staffed, towels weren’t available because they weren’t washed because of short staffing.
