It was convenient, close to I 45, but not too close to noise and traffic. Liked the design of workout equipment in the room. Bathroom walk-in shower is great and mindful of having shower amenities dispensers! Comfy bed! Nicely designed room with closet, safe and ironing board.

Interesting way how you can turn on- off the night lights in the room, main switch. Under the night stand there was a panel that was just left there, need to be fixed to the wall, cables behind it - not safe! Would be nice to adjust the fridge’s temperature, almost everything freeze in there. For the whole week I noticed two pine trees were leaning 45 degrees in the ground roots exposed, I hope they will be fixed and secure it! Some light posts around the parking area did not work.

Everything was perfect until the TV went out for the whole day so we ended up leaving because we came to watch the NBA Finals too. However, overall, we loved it for the time we were there and will be back in the future!!

The pool was closed for the weekend. The TV was not working (powerline went out because of past weather), which is fine, but was not informed of this ahead of time. Definitely recommend staying here though! Everything else was awesome :)

The gentleman Blake working the front desk was great! He was very professional and accommodating. He did not miss a beat. He was able to answer all questions and give us recommendations on different places to visit. It was nice.

Everything was great until the following morning while going to breakfast. We had to deal with a VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL girl in the kitchen. She totally went off on my husband and I just for asking for condiments and to correct our order. She cursed us out without a second thought and told us we could leave if we had an attitude, and even with all of that, not one time did we curse back at her. My husband had to leave the hotel to go and get him something to eat because he was afraid that she might do something to his food. She needs to GO!!! And this hotel will be perfect! Because there were other guests that also left because of her attitude.

The property was exceptionally clean and the room was spacious and quiet. There is exercise equipment in the rooms if you like to work out. staff were very friendly. Free fruited ice water in the lobby was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the pillows. They are huge and we felt like we were sleeping on balloons. The clerk said she’d never had that complaint so I guess people like them but we’ll bring our own next time. also, if you are handicapped, you’ll want to stay elsewhere. The room was great for the handicapped but all the rooms are on the fifth floor. The elevator signs clearly state that if there’s a fire, elevators will be disabled. Next time I book a room I will make sure the handicap rooms are on the ground floor. If you aren’t handicapped, the hotel is a great place to stay.

new, clean, convenient, exercise equip in room!

no coffee in lobby, 1 hand towel only in bathroom, no wash clothes. each time I needed to interact with an employee, they made me wait until they were finished talking with another employee or contractor. also, site said free breakfast, checkin staff told me breakfast times, but on day of, find out it’s made to order. that’s ok, but requires extra time I did not plan for. Also told I had to pay for breakfast. bad communication & not service oriented front desk staff.

The restaurant menu is not accurate as to what they serve. When ordering the chicken wings, there was no celery or the sauces listed on the menu. We also had to get chicken since there was no steak (this was 10 min after they had opened for the day)

The room and shower were very good. Staff at desk were fast and helpful.

WHERE is the front of this hotel? Could we please have a sign? I would have never guesses the entrance was through the pool area. The other side is just a guest card entrance as far as I could tell. The lack of a porte co·chère was a shock. Of course, it was raining. People were slipping on the walkway trying to get in and out. It is a good 100 feet or more from your car to the sliding door with no awning. This is a huge fail and would have garnered a lower rating from me, but the staff made up for it. It is hard to use an umbrella bringing in your bags and totes.

Love the soap and shampoo scents Staff was very helpful and friendly Bed and linens were very comfortable

Smell at entrance was musty and damp No breakfast available on weekends but my booking reservation didn't inform me Saw a medium large dog come out of the elevator... I don't especially enjoy rooms that might have had pets.

I love the decor of the room, exercise equipment in the room, roomy walk in shower, rain shower, very comfortable bed, very clean everywhere, open to my doggie I traveled with, lots of parking, ample light!

One day housekeeping servicing our room - don’t understand why.

The location is perfect. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I think it's a great value for the amenities. I stayed there on 2 different occasions and the staff is so friendly and have gone above and beyond to assist me with anything I may need.
