After bad experience down the road at another spot. This place was a joy. The rooms were clean, tidy, and entire room and staff were amazing. When getting back with our dinner we were upset to see that the food place did not give us any utensils or condiments. I asked lady at front counter if there was anything there, she went in the back and had some condiments she had from her lunch and gave them too us. Her generosity and ethics were above and beyond and i will stay there again next time I'm in The Woodlands.

Nothing, the whole experience was great from check in to check out.

We had out of town guests and wanted to show them the Waterway nightlife. Booking a room meant no one had to drive... it was a well located facility with food options within walking distance. We took an Uber (very inexpensive) to do some bar hopping. Had a great time! Slept well in the quiet room with comfortable beds. We will return...

The check-in time was not flexible. We had booked two rooms... hoped for one to be a reasonable check in so our visiting friends could change clothes for an afternoon wedding. I understand if no rooms are ready but it seems unimaginable that they all suddenly are ready at 3pm. The front desk was kind in offering to store our luggage but telling us about a fast food restaurant to change for wedding was a bit odd... other than that, the experience was amazing.

Great location to access the Marriott Waterway for a conference, as well as other areas for shopping and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Large room.

The hotel is beginning to look a little shabby and is probably slightly over priced. The top of my shower curtain was all ripped, and frayed; the room had a very musty smell to it; and the hotel generally could do with a bit of a refresh.

We like the location of the hotel to the pavilion to see concerts. The price is good and we didn’t eat breakfast but it looked delicious! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked amazing considering how hot it was outside. The grounds are kept clean and the hotel was very well maintained.

The pool area could use updates but really it was nice. Lots of seating and towels. The pool was very clean.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, the location is great, the rooms are quiet and clean. The front desk staff could be an example for other hotels to train their employees.

Just for observation; For some reason the room was extremely damp, although A/C worked great, everything felt wet. The bathtub was extremely slippery, easy fix before someone gets hurt.

Location really good since it is close to shopping centre etc. Room was very quiet. Breakfast ok but towards the end of the week some things were run out.

WiFi worked ok after all but for some reason I could not use my signin details. Reception helped with logging in. Same thing with mobile and computer.

Oh my goodness, the staff at this hotel are fabulous. They go over and above what anyone would expect.

While the decor is dull it is all clean and functional.

I didn't have breakfast - glad it wasn't included in the price of my room or I would've been mad. There wasn't a lot one could eat when they're on a very strict diet.

I thought the pricing was pretty high but it was last minute, and I didn't really have much choice as there was an Iron Man triathlon in town and many hotels were sold out.

Most employees were very friendly, room was comfortable including the bed, which is unusual as they're usually too hard for me.

The water was shut off for hours 2 days in a row, one of the front desk staff was just rude and indifferent, clearly hated his job, and the eggs were really undercooked one day. The manager was awesome though and called to apologize, gave us money off our final bill and said she'd talk to the front desk person I mentioned. Everyone else was super friendly and helpful though.

Didn’t eat breakfast, not paying to eat breakfast when I paid for a room. Location is perfect if you are going to a concert at the woodlands
