Front desk was very friendly and helpful

I checked out of the room on Monday and it is ridiculous that there still is a pending on my credit card. That is way too long to still be holding on to my funds. As much as I was pleased with the hotel, this will cause me to pause before using you again!

This location is clean and well kept and easy to find. The breakfast they served went a little above and beyond most continental breakfast. They had a yogurt machine that mixes your yogurt fresh! The egg was a real ‘egg’, not scrambled. Linens were clean and comfortable. It was a nice overnight stay.

The handle to turn on the bath water was a little sticky and made a crazy noise lol.

It was a great hotel. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty and good. Plus, the staff was so very friendly. It was a very good value for the money and I would absolutely stay there again.

It was central and just off the highway. There were lots of travellers and truckers around. I prefer less people but there was probably so many people because it was such a great location.

I highly suggest this hotel. Room was very clean. All the staff was very nice. Breakfast was good too. I had to travel from FL to Houston and I stayed halfway to Round top in this Hotel. I highly suggest this option for those that cannot find anything close to the event. Price was very reasonable too. After a long day, you want to sleep good and take a good shower! Love this place. Also, very safe!

My main concern was perfumed laundry products, I can't sleep on sheets with it. I called and asked and was told you would not notice it. That was true, and I am very sensitive to it. But there was a fragrance when we first came in the door, subtle, like cinnamon type smell, could have been from some of the washing items in the bath. But overall not a concern.

they placed a $14.01 incidental charge on my bill and it took several days for it to come off, after calling 3 times I noticed it finally came off, but not as a refund to my card, the original charge just dropped, so it was a bit hard to observe it had cleared.

the room was really nice and cold when we arrived. front desk staff was really nice and the breakfast was pretty good! we were there for the new student orientation at PrairieView. I will stay there again. is it the W or some of the larger chains? no-but please keep I mind that you’re in small town America. it is very clean, all facilities work, and breakfast was good.

I wish they had a 2 bedroom suite, but the king suite was fine because you still get a half wall for some privacy

Property was very clean. Breakfast was good, fresh. Staff was friendly.

Smoke alarm went off several times while we were sleeping. According to management “dust” got into the system and triggered the alarm.

Breakfast was self service (make your own waffles, yogurt, biscuits, etc...) but it was great! The rooms were large and the beds were super comfy. It was a 35 min drive to the RenFest.

Super clean, rooms were super cold which is a big deal because most hotels your lucky to get it cool enough to sleep comfortable. We like it cold. Perfect when getting ready for a wedding and don't want to be sweating. Beds were super comfortable, didn't want to get out of bed.

If I want to be picky the toiletries could be a bit bigger. I get it though with inflation people are cutting cost.

The staff is the best, very helpful and friendly. The location is great for my purposes. This is my favorite place to stay in an area with few choices.

One of the other people staying at the hotel was rude and making others feel uncomfortable, but that problem was resolved. Also, the beds are still more firm than I like.
