I liked that this location had a pretty good amount of choices for breakfast in the morning. Not anything crazy but still filling and tasty. I also loved hanging by the pool which was clean and taken care of. The location is also a great spot with shopping and restaurants nearby and only around 25-30 minutes to Dallas. I also like the overall cleanliness of the facility, no bad smells (besides the smoking rooms) it was very clean.

Fantastic Breakfast! The staff were helpful and cheerful.

The treadmill did not work. The elliptical machine had a major bump sound on every cycle. It also had a screeching sound as well. I had some 3-in-1 oil and lubricated it until I found the source. I eliminated it, but the thumping remained.

Very clean, nice staff with convenient location near shopping and food but away from a lot of heavy traffic. Pool looked clean and was pretty. Furniture was a little worn but everything smelled and looked clean. Had a large shower, and room size was Good. Bed was hard and a little uncomfortable, but I do not like firm mattresses.

Cricket not smashed just dead standing. Mold in tiles in shower. Coffee table worn or crewed ,on corners. The fact that corrections were not performed, people not doing their job! It’s a team job! When a place does better at 2/3 the $$.

This time Wi-Fi wasn’t great and many tv channels didn’t work well. It was a rainy few days so that may have been the issue. We will still return here when we visit our grandkids.

Room smelled of damp and would have preferred the shower to have been less enclosed, glass would have made it feel less claustrophobic.

On one of our evenings, a room next to ours was extremely loud. We were woken up several times. But we did not call to complain. Quite frankly, I was so sleepy. I didn’t want to wake up enough to make the call. So I guess I really can’t blame your team for that.

It was ok. Room was above the swimming pool. I believe that i had requested a quiet rm.

TV did not work and the issue was never resolved. Not having a working TV wasnt good. I was given a credit on my bill. Thank you.

Love the comfortness and space of the rooms... Enjoyed their variety of Breakfast.

The Orange Juice seemed light on flavor. Parts of the paint in the room need a little touch up. And microwave had crumbs in it.

Very nice clean room, good comfortable bed, quiet.

Asked for a wake-up call that never came. TV remote would not work, front desk provided new batteries and it still wouldn't work.
