Everything! Our room was clean and quiet. Our shower was hot. Room was cool. Bed was comfortable. We stayed on the ground floor because we had a small dog with us. The room location was very convenient to walk the dog, unload our luggage, etc. Breakfast was hot and had everything we wanted including eggs, bagels, yogurt, fruit and good coffee. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated receiving a welcome text message the morning of our stay asking us our ETA and any special requests. We will return in the future!

Location great; handy to other services and highway. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room provided all necessities for 1-night stay. Easy parking and access to room. Breakfast: all that I needed before getting back on the road; comment below re: eggs

Bathroom: had to close door to comfortably access toilet and the toilet paper. Fridge: no freezer compartment for cold packs… managed with ice from breezeway machine Breakfast: the eggs and bacon (or sausage) barely warm.

This property was near perfect for my needs: good size room, very comfortable bed (mattress and pillows), good amenities in the room, parking right in front of the room, a restaurant within the complex, nice breakfast with good choices, easy check-in and check-out, very close to I-15.

Due to the strange shape of my particular room, the bathroom was a bit tight (hard to open/close the door with the commode in the way). The pool was not in operation and didn't look good (but I don't use hotel pools)

It was located within a mile of the Shakespeare Festival, and this was great. We had a king room which was plenty large for us. It was pet friendly which was perfect for us and our dog. The pet policy was fair and not ultra strict. It was close to Bryce National Park, Cedar Breaks, Navajo Lake, and Duck Creek; all great camping and fishing spots!

The rooms could use an update, but everything was clean and well maintained.

This is an under-rated hotel. It's older but the rooms are well-equipped, very clean, beds very comfortable and room very quiet. The hotel location is quiet too - not too close to the freeway. The 3 staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, Michelle in the breakfast kitchen and Monique on the front desk who came up to our room to get our TV remote working. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

clean, comfortable and quiet. check in and checkout was easy. The on-premise Mexican bar/restaurant was convenient and the food was good.

lots of signs and rule posts that seemed not up to date. eg “entrance closed due to renovations” while entrance was in fact open. outdated Covid-19 signs stating mask requirement rules while masks are no longer required. terrible Wi-Fi, as slow as dialup sometimes. I’ve never seen internet access where uploads are faster than downloads. I’ve been staying at 2 star hotels cross country this week including in Rocky Mountains and other places in the middle of nowhere and they had no issues with internet. it’s 2022 and good complementary internet access is expected. fix your internet one keycard didn’t work and then both stopped working by the morning of checkout (before 11am) $25 per fee is higher than median I see ($20) in most hotels we’ve stayed and some waived it altogether

Check-in was very pleasant. I found parking directly in front of my room. I have a very nice dinner at their adjacent restaurant, then I went to a play nearby. After the play, I went to bed and slept through the included breakfast. Then I went home.

Toilet too low (fashionable when it was built), and no pull-bars or cabinets to use for support. Very difficult to get up.

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel. It has been recently renovated and it is a great value for the price. Pool and spa areas are very clean. Ample parking. Breakfast was standard in a spacious and well kept room. Mexican restaurant in the premises

The windows don’t have mosquito nets so you can’t open them without getting bugs inside the room. Very limited food options in the area, but that is not the hotel’s fault!

What was there NOT to like? Everything was wonderful. It was clean, no bugs, comfortable bed and pillows, pets allowed, and it was very spacious, friendly counter staff. Our dog loved the room and the space also. The morning checkout was no hassle, and Nanette was very courteous and nice to speak with. I'd stay here again if/when the time comes. Shane at the check in desk was VERY HELPFUL. I have a prosthetic leg and could not carry luggage up the stairs. He found me the very last room on the ground level for me which was an upgraded room at no extra charge. I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you Shane!
