This is a lovely hotel. The buffet breakfast was wonderful! The rooms are very quiet. The music was great in the back of the hotel. A little bar type atmosphere outside with live music. There's also food. Inside also has music and a bar. There's a winery on the grounds as well, just a stroll down the river. And there's a restaurant right next door. Stayed here twice. Love it!

If you're handicapped and are staying on the second floor, there's still stairs you have to climb to take your luggage to the room. We had to change to a first floor unit. They were very accomodating.

The host was EXTREMELY abrasive and had to be interrupted off of his text conversation on his phone after standing at the desk, where he could see us for at least 3 minutes before he could possibly be burdened by doing his job. He also had a smart watch, which ALSO went off, and he paused to reply to at least a dozen times during check-in, seriously disrespectful. He was flat-out rude. I own a hospitality business, and aside from the mold in the shower..(DIDNT use it)..and hair all over bathroom and beds, HE turned me off from this property more than the hair and mold. We've stayed 4 xs here and never again. VERY rude and not worth the cost with what is close.

Brand new hotel, clean and bright. Continental breakfast was pretty good! We enjoyed the pool. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Our room was directly above the laundry. We didn't know what the big, truck like, noise was the first night. We thought it was semi trucks, until we figured it out the next day. Did not sleep well! The location is tricky, following navigation to get off freeway, follow a u turn and get back on, only to exit quickly. They had to know when they built it that getting to the hotel is kinda weird.

Location was just ok. No direct access off the freeway but not a bad route to motel.

Thursday and Friday nights there were local high school teams there and it was awful. Noisy, the breakroom was crowded with all their back packs, the food was rummaged through Not really the motel's fault, but the coaches and the sponsors need to be more alert to others that are staying there and not just their kids.

Breakfast was perfect. Only issue my husband asked for 1 bottle water, front desk young man charged our room $3. We noted next person asked, he reach down in a fridge and gave him free bottle water. This was our first day there. I was surprised.

Only discrepancy's was the bottle water. Other than that it was fine. No other complaints. The stay was wonderful!

There was a nice place to sit and visit with others we saw people playing games in the lobby and we got to visit with relatives from out of state. Bed was comfortable, but there was no lock on the bathroom door, when you share a room with others you want to know there is that privacy in the bathroom and there was no tan in bathroom to help get smell out from when you poop.

They was hair on the wall in the shower l, as soon as I stepped in the shower I saw black hairs stuck to the wall in the shower not just one or two there was several

New, clean motel Great staff, very attentive and great customer service I felt very safe in their facility. Beautiful room, comfortable beds, and linens. Black out shades, to allow sleeping in. Very quiet, no outside noise. Tasty complimentary breakfast with eggs, waffles, bagels, etc. Until 10 am, so we didn't have to rush. Very well maintained grounds Very pleasant staff throughout the motel. Great value!! Nicest motel/ with the best value in our 10 day stay through Yellowstone/ Grand Tetons/Salt Lake City

We were very pleased with our visit and would highly recommend it. There is nothing to report for dissatisfaction!!

Everything was so fantastic. The staff especially! Everyone both days the staff were cooing over my two young daughters, which as a mother makes me feel very welcome and a lot less stressed over them being typical children. Then my oldest left her toy we purchased while at the aquarium and had to call the front desk to have it shipped. Which they did free of cost. The pool was extremely clean and so were the rooms.

The beds are aweful. It could be a personal preference, but the beds were hard and the duvets were way too thin for February. We ended up all in one bed with both duvets on us. However we could have at any point asked for more blankets and they would have been provided without question.

Good Selection of breakfast items. When a problem occurred with payment for my stay, they were quick and efficient in solving the problem. It seemed like it was such an easy problem to solve and I was worrying about the third party booking I had gone through to book the room.

Some information about what was available locally would have been great in the room rather than having to ask at the reception but that is just me being a little fussy.
