The location to the stores, restaurants and Thanksgiving point museum. The outdoor pool and hot tub was great perfect temperature during the cold and when it was snowing! Awesome. The breakfast was great also so much options to choose from. The gym was very well equipped. Hotel Was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were great and pretty much this hotel was one of our favorite hotels that we have stayed at.

I would have to say the pillows. Every single one us was laughing about how the bed was comfortable but the pillows were like sleeping on quicksand. The minute your head hit the pillow, your head would sink all the way down to the mattress even with two pillows. Wish there were options for soft and firm pillows to choose from.

The room was nice and clean, and the bed was great. The pillows needed to be a bit firmer, but overall, the room was fantastic. The breakfast had a great selection. I follow Weight Watchers and am always looking for nice fruit, egg, and oatmeal options, and this checked every box. My husband, on the other hand, enjoyed the bacon, potatoes, and eggs along with some OJ. We will stay again.

The price seemed a bit high, esp. $75 for our pets. I wish they had options to not have carpet in the room I like not having rugs just for cleanliness. I would stay again.

The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast the best I have ever eaten at a hotel. The fruit compote was like having dessert for breakfast. They moved us to a different room when we, unfortunately, got a room with a herd of bounding children above us. We appreciated this as our visit would have been ruined with all the noise that group was making. We had asked for a top floor because of this type of problem, but they had to put us on one floor down. The rest of our visit was pleasant and quiet.

The location. Proximity to restaurants and stores. The heated pool, the fire pit. The lobby with seating for visiting was really nice. We stayed with multiple families and we were able to visit in the lobby before retiring to our rooms.

There wasn’t anything major. We were locked into the fire pit area a few minutes before 10pm. There was a notice that said the pool area hours closed at 10pm, so we were making our way out. Unfortunately, we had to call the front desk and wait for a staff member to let us out. While waiting, I saw a mouse running along the patio.

I have stayed in several other hotels in the area and this property rates a 10. The breakfast was exceptional with a good variety of hot food and fruit. Spacious areas to eat inside and outside. The lobby has private areas to work or relax. High quality bed and pillows. This is now my hotel choice. No more shopping for me. Oh, my business? Hospitality. I'm quite particular.

Weekday breakfast until 9:30 would be a plus.

Great location …lots of food and shopping access… close to major metro areas and entertainment… we stay there because of medical reasons and its proximity to a nearby medical facility…. but we still are appreciative of all the amenities mentioned. Having stayed at multiple similar hotels it’s obvious Not all Hyatt’s are equal… this one is exceptional … breakfast was wonderful… their shuttle service was extraordinary even though we didn’t use it … just the fact that they have such a service is a level up from other locations both in and out of state

The room was quiet, clean and easily accessible. We were able to get a room next to our family - which was great! The breakfast selection had a good variation of items from which to choose.

The scrambled eggs had no flavor and were very rubbery. Essentially inedible. The bacon was made from a skinny cow and flavorless. The coffee, although warm, could have been much stronger.

The breakfast setup was done very well. There were a variety of items from which to choose. The fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs are always good items to have.

This hotel was a gem. Spotless, fantastic layout. Plenty of restaurants right around it. Staff was great. Rooms were large and modern. Although right off the highway, the hotel was quiet. Perfect place to stay while traveling through SLC. And the breakfast was very good. The breakfast room was thoughtfully laid out. The food was very good and the coffee was above average.

Breakfast was really good. The layout of the restaurant was one everyone should follow. The hotel is fairly new and the location, close to SLC but not in the city, was awesome, as we were using the hotel for the first night in SLC before traveling and again on the last day of trip.

Nothing. One of the best Hilton properties I have ever stayed in. Well done. Great value.
