I booked this hotel and thought I canceled it since my friend said I could stay in her room at this hotel. Come to find out I didn't cancel it in time. The front office lady was very helpful and I didn't end up getting charged for the room I didn't use. I still stayed at the hotel so I can give a honest review. I've stayed in a lot of hotels within a 30 minute drive of this area and this one was my favorite. The breakfast was the best I've had. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed in a second building and needed to go outside to get to the other building for breakfast. My friend had a broken foot so it was slow going. Not the end of the world but it was very cold. It wouldn't dissuade me from staying here again.

The staff was awesome, and the room really met our needs as a family. The breakfast was great as well.

The beds weren't comfortable and the pillows were like pancakes. The couch also sagged in the middle so we avoided sitting in the center of it. One of the bath tubs had a few long strands of hair in it but I assumed they were the cleaning ladies'.

Great place to stay for families. The room was comfortable and clean, and the kitchenette was great. Had a decent breakfast. Our kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court. Overall, the staff were helpful and helped us with additional cleaning in our room.

Some of the staff at the front desk were not that helpful or did not seem to care when we had questions. We also needed to print some documents the night before taking off, but their print station was not working.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities were everything they advertised and then some. The neighborhood is clean and safe for walking. The location was centrally located for our visit.

The COVID restrictions decreased the morning breakfast and required we carry our food back to the suite instead of enjoying the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and made every effort to accommodate the guests and make the situation more relaxed.

Most things were as described. Neat,clean.

The air freshener in the room just about killed me. So strong I had to unplug it and vent the room.

The gentleman who worked the front desk Sunday morning. He wasn't very understanding of having a flat tire and no spare and needing a few extra minutes for my wife you gets seizures over heating in the summer time allow to stay in the room for a 20-30 minute longer check out.

The breakfast was amazing and the workers were very nice! The pool was also amazing just like the room service! The area was quiet and calm!

Room size

The bed was not the Marriot bed or pillows I thought they use to be. Not comfortable to me.
