The Holiday inn was in a good location. It was close to shopping and lots of other activities. The breakfast bar had a lot of food and a good variety. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows were so soft.

It is not very sound proof it was very loud all hours of the night. . I could smell drugs in the hallway .It smelled like skunk pretty sure someone was smoking on the 2nd floor.

We had a little trouble get room service during the stay. They eventually did a wonderful job, but it was a stressor. The light in the room was a problem since the window darker curtain was too small for the window and didn't cover the whole thing.

bed was super comfortable and the muffins and yogurt were solid. All front desk lady with dark hair was absolutely lovely and the cleaning ladies were all ever friendly as well.

Someone was smoking right outside the side entrance, not an employee. One of the night staff was kind of rude, an unkept younger man with a beard.

I liked that it was clean, the staff was nice, and the location was perfect.

There was a noise every ten minutes in my room (108) that sounded like a door squeezing open. I think the refrigerator was making the noise. I was traveling alone and the noise scared me out of my sleep several times.

It was great… the room was huge we didn’t feel cramped in a small space. My boys loved sleeping on the couch bed. And it was nice to have kind of a separate room from them, the breakfast was way good. Best I’ve had at a hotel yet!!

In the pool area. Someone must of broken a glass bottle or something g cause I had stepped on a tiny piece under my toe. Really hurt but all well

It was real convenient. Everything you need is readily available and the staff are more than willing to help with anything you may ask of them.

I loved the location. The hotel felt very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. Mike was really helpful and was very polite.

The rooms were fairly clean. The microwave Had not been cleaned out in a very long time. It had food that had been left and was growing mold in it.

Staff was very nice, Breakfast was very good and had a good selection of food

we were on the 3rd floor and the Ice Machine room was being remodeled so we had to go to the main floor for Ice...That was kinda a Pain.

Friendliness of staff. They were able to accommodate me after I got a call from La Quinta who I had made a reservation withfew minutes before; stating they could not accommodate me because they were over booked. I then made a reservation with Holiday Inn Express, I called to confirm my reservation and they I were over booked as well by booking.com. And front desk was able to accommodate me.

When La Quinta called the gentlemen was very rough when he spoke "told me he had no room for me, and I should not show up"!
