Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The daytime shift front desk clerk was very nice, helpful and accommodating.

They moved us into a room to allow us early check in, but the double bed was small for my husband and I. The night shift lady wasn't very nice and I went down to ask for something the day shift person said we could grab later, since we were going to be gone, and the night shift girl all but called me a liar in front of my kids. She said there were no notes on the account and she she had never heard of anything like that.

Perfectly located to reach ski resorts in Little Cottonwood and Park City. Breakfast always hot, filing and tasty. All staff extremely friendly and helpful; they even helped us procure snow shovels and salt during a heavy snow day so that we could move our car. Easy walking to grocery store and restaurants.

The staff was amazing, they took care of us like family. Especially Tiffany and a manager who saved our dog when she escaped from our room while we were out! There is a shuttle just outside of the hotel to the lifts and the breakfast was amazing and the kitchen was well equipped, we were able to cook all of our meals at the hotel.

good location to lots. close to 215. great rooms and great Breakfast. love the courtyard. we stayed awhile ago and in winter. during construction or something but still great and will stay again.

4 hour delay in getting a room. Front desk advised they would call when room was ready, no call received.

Great pool and jacuzzi I enjoyed the coffee, The bed was comfortable.

With covid wished we could have had full hot breakfast but it was decent. I wish the coffee was kept hot and ready to go all day. Checking in at 3 was dissappointed as was told coffee may not be hot. The walls are a bit thin as had a flute player next to us. They played well but noticed if someone in a room sneezed you could hear in the hall. I was not happy as my room was supposed to have included the fireplace but by the time we realized I did not want them to have to reclean the room The lady compensated the rate.

The pool and the breakfast, rooms were pretty large and a full kitchen.

The fulls were pretty small. Two queen beds would have been a lot more comfortable.
