The room was attractive, clean, and quiet. The beds were firm and comfortable. The air conditioning, refrigerator, and coffee maker worked well. The front desk people were helpful and friendly, and the location was good for spending time in Arches National Park.

Another luggage rack and more hangers would have been helpful, but if we had asked for these I'm pretty sure they would have provided them.

Bathroom and sink were accessible for me in my wheelchair. Plenty of room to move around. Bed height was ok for someone using a wheelchair. Could be a tad lower.

Shower bench was shaky & had no back to learn against. This is pretty scary for someone like myself who uses a wheelchair. More attention to details for mobility accessible rooms would be great.

The bed was comfortable

Not as clean as I expected for the price. The toilet seat was broken and there was a shelf that was located on the wall in an awkward place (almost hit my head several times on the corner while getting up from the toilet). The window screens were off and laying on the roof top.

Location of the hotel was one of the furthest from the National Parks, but still very close by. Breakfast was basic, but just fine. Very roomy accommodations. Staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. Very good for the price we padid

Great location for a visit to Arches. Also well-located with regard to dining, etc. The cleaning staff was also helpful (giving layout guidance). Breakfast was good.

2 things: • Certain MVI guests (car show maybe) would put a camp chair in an empty parking space to save it. • the water for showering was very hard water

Rooms were very clean, and decor was up to date. Beds were comfortable, with great pillows. The hotel is located next to a great BBQ restaurant that was the perfect distance after hiking all day. Continental breakfast had fewer options than other hotels, yet there was something for everyone.

Great hotel! Located right in the center of Moab with access to food, gas stations, and lots of shopping! I appreciated how kind the man working at the front desk was, and gave us some good tips about Arches National Park (check their twitter account for opening/closing gate times as it is crowded right now)! I wish we could have stayed here longer, the room was nice, clean, and big. The breakfast filled us up before our hiking day in Arches.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Great location and price for Moab. Their tiny fitness center actually was super great! Just what we needed for a quick workout. The employees there are very nice.

I feel like their hot tub could have been cleaner but it wasn't awful. The room also smelled strongly like vinegar. Breakfast is pretty minimal, it was a lot smaller than we had expected based on what we paid for this hotel.
