Great location, thoughtful amenities and clean; the room felt spacious. Easy walking to restaurants and shops in the downtown area. Having a guest laundry was a plus as well.

The property is located on the main street and there is some road noise but we didn’t find it to be terribly disturbing.

There is a little road noise. If that were an issue for me, I’d ask for a room as much back away from the road as possible.

Very convenient stay - clean and comfortable, parking on site, close to arches national park, walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Moab. We really liked staying in Moab. There is a pool (although we didn’t use it) and there is a washer and dryer which they give you powder for free - really useful. I was really pleasantly surprised by Bowen and would recommend it.

FYI there isn’t much space to chill outside as the property is right on the road. They provide chairs which you can sit outside your room but you will be by your car.

close by to the city center as well to all the park attractions near by all all the trail you can imagine. - free washing machine and dryer to use as well as ice machine maker - old work out towels are provided as courtesy to wipe and clean your car or bike insttead of them beeing thrown away - 7Eleven right across the street - 10 minute drive form the Arches park entrance

bit pricey compared to all our stays elsewhere within Arizona, Nevada, Cali and Utah, but that applies to all hotels, INNs and B&Bs around Moab area

Amazing customer service friendliness and willingness to help. Staff went above and beyond to retrieve an item we had forgot after the room had already been cleaned and cleared! Nice bonus amenities I didn't know about at booking time (Free laundry room and detergent, water to clean car/bike + towels to do so). Good, clean, comfy room for this price point.

It's a motel on the main street. Street noise and neighbor noise can be expected at times.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in my recent trip through Arizona, Utah and Nevada. The rooms are great, comfortable and the motel is very well located - most of the restaurants are within a block or two. They offer some cloths for you to use to clean whatever you want (car, boots, bikes, etc) which was so nice to see. The checkin was easy and the staff was great and direct. The parking lot is easy and the room I received was a bit far way from the street so I couldn’t hear anything - which was perfect. Understandably, the motel is right on the street and noise could be a problem for the rooms closer to the street, but they have earplugs and have a note on the room as well. Amazing stay!

The room was super clean! The bed is very comfortable and the decor is updated. The front desk staff was charming and accommodated my request for a room on the 2nd floor. The Wi-Fi is super fast, fast enough to stream movies! I've never been in even a 4 star hotel that has that! It is a bit noisy because it is right on Main Street (and the hiway) but they give complimentary earplugs in every room. It is located in the middle of town so near to everything

Well located motel with exceptionally friendly staff, they were really awesome. Thanks again for all your kindness. They had clean rooms, a pool and the possibility of doing laundry complimentary, which was really appreciated.

The only thing I could mention is that there could be some more chairs outside the rooms. There were a few, but not in front of every room. But that’s a bit of nitpicking, it was a very good stay.

Great to meet Maila (wife) & Mikey (husband) who manage the motel and were very helpful and professional. The motel exceeded our expectations with opportunities for free laundry washing and drying (ask for detergent at the counter). Also, rags were provided to clean your car after travels to Canyonland and Arches. Many restaurants and cafe are available for meals within walking distance from the motel, with a supermarket about a few blocks away.

Everything! this place was awesome, spacious rooms. Super central. Is on the main road and the road is busy but once the air con unit was on you couldnt hear the road noise. Walking distance to everywhere on "the strip" - we had a tour with NavTec (for offroading in a landcruiser) through Archers and Canyonlands national parks - 100% worth the money for sure! Would definitely stay here again! LOVED our time here!
