Jan. 2024 We only stayed for one night. The free transfer from the airport worked. We missed it as we were arriving at the meeting spot and had to wait for it 20-30 minutes. It was 1 am. The bed was comfy, the included breakfast is decent.

They do not answer their emails. I've sent several and I've received no answer. When I called to double check about the check in after midnight I was told my room will be given away if I don't arrive before 2 am and I will be charged $60 if I wanna stay with them. We arrived just before 2 am but that no show rule is not written anywhere on booking. Also, my receipt never made it to my email address.

Clean and up to date

The staff barely acknowledged my presence at check-in. No communication between staff nor did anyone take initiative to make sure I was helped. Three staff members there but still waited several minutes to be helped. Seems they don’t understand that the person standing in front of them takes precedence over other tasks. Certainly a training issue. Only one dressed in what I would call appropriate attire to represent the hotel.

Convenient hotel for a stopover for a flight or doing business in the business park nearby. Not the best location to visit the Salt Lake City. Very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious rooms with tasteful interiors in good maintained condition.

The breafast consists as in these kind of hotels common nowadays mostly of convenience products. Served on paper dishes with plastic cuttlery, which all goes into the bin. A clear case of externalising the cost of a dishwasher into the environment.

We travel w our special needs adult daughter. The staff was very helpful, clean facility, quiet during sleep hours, excellent breakfast. The shuttle to airport is well planned and the staff are very clear with instructions for shuttle. Seriously, staff is outstanding! Also, room had a fridge and microwave! Thanks for that since most properties are trending toward a Euro model, eliminating both appliances.

Wish there was a larger outdoor area and connected to pool.

Stayed here after my evening flight home was canceled and I did not want to spend the night at the airport. It was very close to the airport and shuttle service was great. Staff very friendly. Booked the cheapest room they had last minute and it was a small suite. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Too bad I was only staying the night.

Breakfast was included with the room but they didn't start breakfast early enough for me to take advantage. This is because the shuttle bus to the airport only leaves every 30 minutes. So in order to get to the airport with enough time, I had to take a shuttle earlier than I would have liked and had to miss breakfast. My suggestions is to either start breakfast before 6 or have the shuttle run at 15 minute intervals. I caught the 6am shuttle and if there was one at 6:15 I would have at least had time to eat something since I paid for it already.

Great location next to the airport. Easy shuttle ride. Surprisingly good food, since it doesn’t have a true restaurant on site.

A bit of airplane noise, which is expected, being next to the airport. I was also disappointed that the shuttle drivers did not wear seat belts. Is it state law? Company policy? I don’t want to worry about the driver flying through the windshield in an accident. They were very competent drivers, but not everyone on the road is a careful driver.

The staff was kind, especially noticed the man who helped with the breakfast foods, he went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they were needing, and did it with a smile. The rooms were set up very comfortable. The only thing that I was really surprised that wasn't there was a microwave. That was a major downfall. Otherwise, this was a great stay

That there was not a microwave

We booked our room really late at night after our flight had been cancelled and rebooked for the next day, and after traveling for the over 24 hours at that point, we just wanted to sleep for a few hours in a real bed instead of the airport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we checked in and out. The room was exactly what we needed - a clean and comfortable bed. And although we didn’t end up using it, we also really appreciated the staff booking the airport shuttle for us for the next morning/letting us know that if the shuttle wasn’t running at the time we needed, they would book a Lyft for us free of charge.

It would’ve been nice if there was a way to just walk from the airport to the hotel since distance wise it really is so close

I had to book this hotel at the last minute after Delta Airlines cancelled my flight due to the CrowdStrike IT outage. The staff could not have been more helpful and empathetic during this very stressful time, even while struggling with the IT issues caused by CrowdStrike.

It’s tough to focus on minor issues when the customer service is so good.

I really appreciate that every year we come for our stay the staff is the same people. They know their job and they do it quickly and very well. They are kind and helpful and have a great attitude. The coffee is good. The breakfast offers a lot of options and is displayed in a clean and stylish way. A lot of though and detail has gone into the presentation and I find this surprising for an airport hotel.
