Convenient access to Interstate. Located directly across from a large Gas Station/Convenience store.Coffee maker, Microwave & Mini Fridge in room. AC worked very well. Continental Breakfast had several hot & cold options. Pet Friendly for a possible future visit. No need for a WiFi password, automatic WiFi access is provided free of charge. Free parking. Bed Linens & Towels were remarkably clean & soft.

Room keys stopped working 3 hours before check out time, AC also seemed to be on a time out system. Not enough designated handicapped parking spaces. 1 member of the front desk staff spoke zero English & relied on her child to translate our questions. There was no flavored coffee creamer nor freshly brewed coffee at the designated breakfast area, only the room had 3 small pods to make 1 cup at a time.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were neat. We couldn't make breakfast exactly on time due to unforeseen circumstances and the receptionist was so understanding that they allowed us into the dining hall anyways.

I had previously let the hotel know that I would be using their shuttle at night and they said to call a number upon arriving at the airport. After several calls and almost an hour of waiting, a different hotel's bus was kind enough to drop us off.

The room was comfortable.

The airport shuttle service let me down. The shuttle I was told to wait for at 4:45pm at the SLC Gate 7A never showed up! After a long travel day and then waiting for 50 mins I was not very happy. I rang the quality inn again and no one really cared, just said the shuttle guy hadn't read the sheet! I was finally told someone would be there in 10-15 mins. And they were, no apology but not a good start. Once there at the quality inn happy to say everything went well after that.

The place was nice and clean and breakfast was good.

Only one person (male) was working at the front desk but was on the phone with a customer. While I waited, the other person (female) behind the counter was seated and did not assisted with checking customers in. Another thing I want to bring up is the ac/heat unit located in room 106. The unit was loud, so I had to turn it off so I can fall asleep. Good thing it was in November so the room wasn't hot. I think it needs to be replaced.

flaky internet, hard to sign on and it kicked us off regularly. plugs in light fixtures would not hold our cords. it was raining but the covered in front of hotel blocked off.

very comfortable beds! the stag is awesome and friendly. the breakfast was very nice.

the room we had this stay was an ADA room and the bathroom fan scream when the switch was turned on, the tub faucet was barely attached, the tub barely drained, and I don’t think the room had been swept because when I took my shoes off and walked to the bed my socks were covered in long hairs. the hair grossed me out but I was soooo exhausted I took my socks of and fell asleep almost instantly.

We didn't eat breakfast the morning we left. The shuttle guy gave us incorrect information that picked us up at airport up in the morning when our flight got in about shuttle back later that morning. Hotel was very accommodating to help us get back to airport to get our reserved car rental.

We did have to wait a bit for shuttle to pick us up from airport to bring us to hotel. We were extremely tired after 2 a.m. in the morning. I had to call a 2nd time for you to try to find where he was, but we realized he was shuttling for 2 other hotels as well.

Staff was great. They had smiles helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

TV remote didn't work. As football fans staying on a Monday night, it was really disappointing that tv that was only in Spanish and we couldn't adjust it since remote wouldn't work 😕 we ended up watching games on our phones

The Name Quality Inn is Programm. The best Hotel so far, on our Roadtrip trough America. We could check inn 2hours before the official, what was great, because we had a long ride from Flagstaff Arizona up her. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The room was big, with two Queensizebeds. There were really comfortable with many cushions. There was a microwave, refrigerator, TV, iron, hairdryer lots of shampoo/showergel/lotion, a coffeemaker with coffee/Tea, lots of space for luggage, a bathtub/shower. Everything was absolutely clean and felt directly cozy and comforting. Besides the Hotel lies directly behind a gas station and a main road, it was totally quiet. We had a great breakfast with everything you need, even waffles to make them fresh for yourself. We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend it.

Breakfast was a nice surprise, nicer than I expected. Check-in and out was very quick and nice.

The TV was on when I first walked in and the room. No big complaints, very nice. It would have been nice to have bottled water to make the coffee rather than tap water. All of the hotels I stay at in Europe have bottled water to make coffee and tea.
