Large room, clean, bottled water replenished daily, comfortable bed. Plenty of towels/facecloths which were changed as soon as used. Staff polite and helpful. Security deposit returned as soon as you check out unlike other hotels we stayed in. Hotel shuttle available to/from Ronald Reagan airport. Also about 15 minute walk to Crystal City metro. Close to local shops, bars and restaurants.

Bathroom a little small in comparison to bedroom but not a problem.

Great room very comfortable. Great exercise room/gym with a lot of treadmills and equipment. Loved the bar being on site, restaurant also. Less than 10 minutes from the airport + free airport shuttle.

They didn’t have toiletries available for purchase like other hotels do. Would be helpful. Do wish the bar was open earlier and longer. Would be helpful to have something on the TV about the hotel and its amenities. Kinda had to explore to find things.

We had an unexpected check in time,3AM. This hotel was only one of two which replied when I asked the question if that was okay to check in at that time in the morning. Customer service is a wonderful thing. A real simple thing to do but put us at ease. We took the free shuttle back to the airport the next day. Perfect.

I have nothing to complain about. We have never had a bad Hilton.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff by the name of Richard texted prior to my arrival and during my stay to ensure things were at status quo. Also, the hotel was conveniently located by restaurants and the convention that I was attending that weekend. I will definitely be coming back.

Location was good for the Ronald Reagan Airport. Booked at very short notice as delayed unexpectedly overnight due to a security delay at Dulles Airport. Ideal for what we needed a the time. Hotel was being refurbished, which was slightly worrying from the outside when we arrived due to the scaffolding and hoardings etc, but from inside and overnight you would not have known this was happening at all.

Bed was comfortable. It’s a good location if you’re seeing DC. Shuttle to DCA.

Shower was tiny. Lots of street noise (I was on 12th floor route 1 side and it was noisy (no soundproofing). Fortunately for me I’m a heavy sleeper.

Appeared to be cleaned, needed an extra blanket and they were accommodating with no issues and asked for a late check out.

The lobby area could use more air conditioning. No pool on this property.

Easy check-in and friendly staff, prime location for the event I attended, as well as close to DC. The shuttle from the airport was also convenient and helpful.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. If I had to change something, I would recommend adding microwaves to the rooms, but this is not urgent.
