I loved the room, the staff was very friendly especially the doormen and valet.

Called & asked if my 4 door 8ft bed f250 would fit in the garage. They put me on hold, came back & assured me it would. I get there & Ofcourse the valet is saying it won’t but I can valet it as an oversized vehicle for $170 per night. Opted not to do that so had to park about half a mile away and walk back to hotel. Also Google maps listing for this hotel shows it has a pool. Multiple pictures with a pool. That is the reason I chose this hotel. I get there & ask the front desk where the pool is & they say they don’t have one. So that was annoying. Why are there pictures of a pool in their listing? So for those 2 reasons I probably wont be staying again.

Staff was probably the best thing about this stay; comfy bed, bidet, special treat for the occasion we were celebrating, access to amenities, ability to extend check out; valet was friendly and gave us some cold bottled waters as we left

Room was a bit out dated; conjoining room; could easily hear housekeeper in other rooms (the fact that you could so easily hear sounds outside your room made me feel it was not private and those outside could hear our conversations as well); freezing cold bathroom floor (different flooring or added perk of heated floors in certain rooms would be nice); no charging cords for borrow or purchase like other hotels we've stayed at; didn't feel like we really got that Ritz feeling, room should've been cheaper as it was a corner king room and we've had more room in a holiday inn standard king room

The hotel is fine, but the devil is in the details. We ordered room service for breakfast every morning, and were disappointed when every single day the order was incomplete for one reason or another. Something was always missing. It is my belief that the requirement that in-room dining riders be placed through Guest Services and relayed to Room Service is the cause. So

Service was exceptional and check in etc very smooth and efficient

Having an additional bar/space to relax after dinner. Restaurant was closed one day for a fire so breakfast was at the local Costa, not quite what we’d envisaged. The hotel did a great job to provide an alternative space for drinks/dinners kater and to be fully open again next day.

The location of the hotel was fantastic because it is next door to the Fashion Center Mall and across the street from CVS and other stores. So, if you've forgotten something, no worries because you can walk to the store or to the mall to purchase whatever you need.

I liked everything.

I been to Pentagon City before. I like the location. The mall is connected to the hotel. I can leave out the back entrance of the hotel and be right in the mall. The blue line train station is right in front of the building. The beds were comfortable. I got treated well. I was impressed with the mini bar in the hotel room. I was impress with the marble design of the bathroom. I was blown away with the snacks such as candy chips peanuts just to name a few. Finally there was beer wine liquor and champagne in the refrigerator as well as soda and juice.

Over priced on the breakfast.

that the cost of the parking wasn't included in booking. I would've rather gotten it with the price of the room than be hit with it as I was pulling up.

I really like the friendliness of the staff, they were very welcoming and helpful and ready to assist us in any way. The location was perfect next to a mall and a metro station.

Not a thing

Hotel was well located close to dining, shopping, as well as Ronald Regan airport, and DC monuments. Staff was friendly and food at hotel restaurant Sante’ was excellent though expensive.

The rooms were clean and beds comfortable but could use updating. Hallway carpeting was visibly dirty at each room entrance and could use a good cleaning or replacement.
