Excellent location. Spacious and very comfortable room. The breakfast included in our stay was also excellent fresh and the staff in the restaurant was friendly and attentive.

The in room coffee maker is subpar. There wasn’t coffee available until 6 o’clock in the morning.

As a retired Customer Service Manager, I can happily tell you that Ms. Lyric handled my check-in. She was not only professional; she was exceptionally friendly and courteous. Your valet staff were perfect gentlemen and the hotel lobby was beautiful.

I was disappointed in the bathroom of our room. For the money, the reviews, and the attention to detail elsewhere in the hotel, the tub and shower were disappointingly antiquated.

Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Dark room at night and in the morning, good for sleeping. 3 min airport shuttle.

Nothing much in the way of restaurants or cafes in vicinity, mostly other hotels. Nearest metro is the DCA airport stop, then catch the shuttle when it comes. But from the airport you can easily get to DC or VA or MD by metro.

It’s close to the airport. It has an airport shuttle. And it’s very beautiful. I stayed there because of a flight cancellation so I was not there very long, but the staff was absolutely fantastic. When I was in a rush, the next morning, they helped me pack up some breakfast to take with me. Breakfast was included in my booking.

The shuttle to and from the airport was simple and fast...check in process same with great staff...changed our bed preference from 2 to 1 happily...location to restaurants and take out places...only there for the night but got an Uber to few sights and back so again great location...room was clean and bed was huge and comfortable.

Shuttle to and from the airport metro was very convenient. On-site restaurant also was a plus, even with limited menu. Thank goodness for the pool.

When hotel was booked with thousands of people for a conference, the elevators were very, very slow and crowded.

The front desk clerk was excellent she accommodated all my needs and addressed my concerns and made my emergency stay a blessing and I was at peace and had a much needed rest.

Only that room 1553 housekeeping did not clean but Lyric immediately addressed concern and provided room 926 to accommodate our needs and a complimentary dinner!

Good location for getting to Reagan in the morning, not so good for public transport from Dulles or into DC but Ubers were plentiful so no massive issues. Clean, tidy, as expected. Airport shuttle was very helpful.

Location to get into town. The idea of getting free water but only if you are a member. This should be expected I feel.

The airport shuttle was great and the staff friendly. When I arrived I was quite Ill and the staff helped me to my room, asked if I needed additional assistance. While assured them I would be ok, they sent around security to check on me after a few minutes. That was reassuring. By morning I was fine and went on with the trip to Boston.

The room was very quiet. It's not often you can find a hotel room that allows a solid night sleep! But the quietness, as well as the comfortable bed/pillows and ability to set the temperature easily, was perfect for a good sleep.
