The breakfast was really good. There was a good variety of food. The microwave in the room was a real advantage. The people at the reception were very kind, welcoming and helpful.

It was close to airport and easy to find this location. Staff were very helpful and professional. Complementary breakfast were great!!! We enjoyed it.

Only complains we have, room was little dusty because we were sneezing a lot of times. also we wish pillows were little more formed. Other than that we enjoyed stay here and we would like to return again.

They didn't clean your room daily just like other hotels now, but it would have been nice to have daily coffee and hair care products delivered without having to go get it yourself...or call someone to bring it up.

it was seriously great- had access to swiming pool, hot tub, free printing and the concierge was so kind and beyond helpful. clean all the way and everyone was so responsive. breakfast was better than I expected for what I paid. for the price range, this is definitely my top choice of hotel moving fwd!!

like others said, elevators could use restoration, but I’m not complaining- not a big deal to me

Really friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle bus even took us to the space museum and a nearby restaurant. The breakfast selection was a good mix of hot and cold. The fresh waffle maker was a bonus. Overall a very good hotel.crudoy bacon

The front desk manager, I think her name is Evie, is first class. She is personable, helpful, conversant, and a delight from my perspective. We took advantage of the shuttle service twice which worked well, once to the Udvar Hazy Museum, another time to a restaurant. Both drivers were friendly and helpful and the return pickup was within 15 minutes as the driver said he would be.

can't complain about anything...... I'm a Hilton Honors member, the staff made this place memorable......

rooms were clean and breakfast was great, no complains. staff was very friendly and was able to give us closest rooms possible. loved their dark shades on the window, I got such a good sleep. Was nice to have a Neutrogena lotion as I love that brand.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of items to choose from.

There was a group of kids who were running through the hotel. They were running up-and-down the corridor yelling as well as in the lobby area and the elevators. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it.

Good location when travelling to/from Dulles. Good place to see planes, but we could not hear them. Great service, very friendly lady in the reception, and the shuttle bus driver even drive us to and from the air museum

Single-use plates, cups and cutlery during breakfast, not very sustainable!

Location perfect for the airport, quiet hotel really with friendly, helpful staff who couldn't do enough for me..Enjoyed the breakfast and the only thing I'd change would be an extra fried item for example all the food was great but possibly add bacon, but this is definitely not a complaint..the food was nice.

Having stopped there 3 times I'm more than happy
