breakfast lady pretty intense about closing time.

It was close to the airport, restaurants and national gym that I go to. The internet worked very well with no interruptions so I was able to work without issues.

The stand-in shower had some mold around the tiles and the toilet had flushing issues. Also, during my stay, 2 days in, bathroom ran out of toilet paper and there were no extra paper in the bathroom. Went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. The gentleman I think pretended to be looking for toilet paper and noted he could not find any and the housekeeping closet was locked and he did not have a key. There was no manager on-duty to call either. He never followed up on how I got toilet paper even when I told him to make sure to deliver toilet paper to my room. Thank God they have a public bathroom where they did have extra toilet paper which I took to use for the remainder of my stay.

On the mornings that I ate breakfast, I found it OK. The sausage could’ve been cooked a little bit better but overall it wasn’t bad. What I loved was the coffee and being able to have it 24/7. My wife was a big coffee drinker. The kitchen area overall was very clean.

One evening, my wife asked for coffee and was told by the reception desk. The coffee was only served during breakfast. I informed the manager the next day. The manager ensured me that coffee was available 24/7 and address the issue

We stopped for one night and the room was clean and very comfortable. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Clean and the beds were very comfortable. Coffee-making facilities in the room. Plenty of free parking.

Breakfast was a busy area and finished at 9.30 am. The food was basic and ok for an overnight stay. The coffee and tea was good. There was cereal, bananas, waffles, bagels, yoghurt, scrambled eggs and some turkey burger. Plastic and paper waste is something I don't understand in the US. Meals and drinks are served on disposable plates with cheap plastic cutlery.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved how spacious the room was and having the chair/ottoman in the room. And I thought the giant teddy bears in the lobby were a wonderful and fun welcome to the hotel.

The breakfast offerings were just okay. I arrived in the breakfast area around 7:15 a.m., only 45 minutes after the breakfast had opened, and yet because there was a large school group in the hotel, some items were completely gone and were not restocked by hotel staff. The lack of donuts or pastries was particularly unfortunate. I also wish there was a larger selection of soft drinks for sale in the Market, including ginger ale and/or root beer. Not everyone is a Coke/Sprite drinker.

Very comfortable bed, very large room and close to the airport (about 10min drive). Good for a night or two. Has a few restaurants/diners at a walking distance

The staff for checking in could have been friendlier. Breakfast was very, very basic and average. I also had to wait 45min for the shuttle to come pick me up at the airport because nowhere on the booking page did the hotel say the shuttle came every hour. So, sharing for others: the shuttle leaves the hotel on the dot of every hour and leaves the airport towards 15 past of every hour!!!

Lobby was nice, and shuttle to airport was on time and good. Staff was nice to allow me to change room as somewhat noisy neighbor through shared door (family noise, as one might expect) annoyed me a little. Good location, convenient to airport. Nice patrons.

Front desk staff woman overwhelmed with her duties --a bulling patron meant that others had to wait a long time to check out. Observed this while waiting for shuttle. - the bathroom was ok, but cleaning could be done better. - they don't clean or replace towels regularly. this in not very important for us, because anyway we prefer not changes to save water, but i believe it should be a guest's decision instead of a reguksr policy. - the breakfast was pretty bad. the eggs felt like plastic or rubber. nothing special or good, just regular to bad.

Great hotel. Great breakfast. Facilities. Pool. Welcoming. One worker was outstanding beyond belief.

One particular worker almost turned us off before arriving. Demanding they are going to charge me before I arrived when I called about a late arrival and if denied will cancel reservation. Then at checking repeated over and over to make sure I return the luggage cart and to make sure I return both keys to get my deposit back.

Nice and very clean hotel with great location. I got a big room with double queen beds, that's was really amazing. Staffs were so cool and nice... I parked the car for free. The Shuttle made my staying even more easier. I could just jump to Dulles Airport for about 10 minutes using the free Shuttle and take the subway to the downtown. Whenever I was coming back from downtown, I just had to call the hotel and the Shuttle was sent to pick me from Dulles Airport. I really liked and I recommend this hotel for those wishing to visit Washington DC.
