Nice 3 stars hotel, helpful and friendly staff, special thanks for Mr. Fisal, he is a wonderful guy. Very close to IAD, definitely I'll consider it next time in DC.

1. There is no complimentary shuttle to IAD as many hotels in the area have. 2. No swimming pool. 3. There Alot of insects in the room. 4. Noisy refrigerator I have been in Hyatt Regency, which is considered far more than Candlewood Suits. However, all those notes weren't found.

Large bathroom, seperate sitting room. Extra blanket, window curtains were good. Lots of TV chanels. Large fridge. No dish soap. Pointless to run a dishwasher for 2 dishes, thinking about the environment.

No hair dryer,staff said it was locked up by cleaners and he could not get us one, kitchen had no coffee/tea cups? Asked for extra fork. Walls are thin and I could hear neigbors in bathroom or walking around upstairs. Lots of confusion about my booking through bookings.com. When I tried to call and follow up no one answered the phone????? When we arrived they said our booking was canceled, when I call before it was not. The desk clerk said he would give me the same price. I am still waiting for an answer! Also pull out sofa bed was awful and no sheets. Dove shampoo,cond, and soap in bathroom good idea.

The lack of food /restaurant options later at night !! The lack of curtains to prevent lights from entering the room 😔! The curtains don't close fully and it's impossible to sleep with so much light entering the room !!

At first I was afraid I'd be too far away from Nationals Park, but I just left an hour earlier to avoid traffic. I LOVE the fact that Candlewood is a SAFE place to walk your dog in beautiful neighborhoods... I'll only stay at Candlewood Suites in the future because of the safe walking dog area's. 🐕

Carpet fresh the hallways to keep it fresh from cooking odors.

Love the gym the laundromat and the kitchenette and we my co worker had seperarte rooms she had the studio I had the one bed room suite.also had a few minor Issues bro.faisal the brother at the desk was very professional and kind.as well as the manager brother Harish najim very nice 👍🙂 and friendly I wnt out above and beyond

Gabage disposal was leaking.no big deal got another room . couple above us veryyyyyyyy noisey.the manager mk moved us to another room no problem at all that go around ☺️☺️

The staff was very friendly, he booked us a taxi for the next day and gave us a wake up call. The room was big and clean and fresh with good facilities and close to the airport.

I am struggling to find anything we didn’t like. Our stay was perfect.

I stayed in Hilton hotel in Washington during my trip, and then finding a new hotel for the early flight in the morning. However, I love Candlewood suites Washington more than Hilton hotel! They even had a small kitchen in the room!

A perfect place to spend a night near the airport. The facilities are good. The room is clean. The bad is comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location is great for accessing the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Proximity to Dulles, Metro, and grocery store was great. Unassuming from the outside, but the rooms were large and comfortable.

It’s about 90 minutes from DC. I knew that going in, but it is really the only downside (if there is one).

The check-in staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and smelled good. It was a great size for me and my kiddo. The sheets and comforter were clean and comfy. They had two types of pillows (soft/firm) which was nice. The bathroom was clean too. Usually you find the moldy edges around the tubs and stuff...nope! Not here! Everything was great. Best hotel I've been in in a long time! Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Only thing that I didn't like personally was the mattress, but that's because I have hip issues and the bed was kinda hard for me. Other than that everything else was great!
