The staff was what made this such a great trip. The front desk staff were incredible. Except for the gentleman that works at night he was extremely rude unprofessional and gave members of my party a extremely hard time and was extremely difficult for no reason. Everyone else was incredibly great even the cleaning staff.

The gentleman that works nights and does the overnight audit can use some customer service training. He was extremely rude unprofessional and tried to ruin our trip before it even started.

Everything was wonderful room was greats. The front end staff was very pleasant.

The associate lady at the breakfast bar was a little rude when we asked about how breakfast went she ha a attitude and told us to hurry up because we didn't have that long. And then asked us if we had the money to pay. When that happen we decided to go and eat elsewhere.

Location, staff was friendly polite and knowledgeable, gym was open and OK.

Property was under construction and some mornings were loud. The water was also turned off briefly during the stay. And the pool and bar/restaurant were closed so no free breakfast.

The location and surrounding dining/shopping opportunities were a plus! Would have appreciated a balcony but enjoyed the verandah.

It could be legal now, however, the strong smell of marijuana in our room was annoying. We were offered a different room. The smell was detected throughout.

I used the restaurant to order meals to take to our room. Waitress/bartender was so friendly and helpful! She is a joy! Food was very good too!

Managing the room temp was hard. The room was very warm and we had trouble making it cooler.

Newly renovated floor and room was very nicely done. Tamika at the front desk greeted us with a friendly smile and reassigned a room after the app had not worked properly for checkin. She’s a real asset to the staff Thank you

The personnel were excellent.

My husband is handicapped and we were placed in a partial handicap room on the sixth floor. The fire alarm went off at 445 AM and I would have had no way to get him out had there been a real fire.

that bed! so comfortable!!! and the room was spacious and clean. Dion checked us in and was so nice - at midnight after being on the road all day - it was nice to be welcomed by someone so personable and warm. the location was perfect right off I- 95 and near anything you might need.

the only issues we had was the rust in the bathtub in 609- use some CLR and it would clean up. the room was clean though so it was cosmetic only and not major. and paying $170 for a night with no breakfast included ( which we did know) was a bit much - but understandable.

Shanicka at check-in was amazing, polite, courteous, and very helpful. She treated us like royalty, and I know that she is a great asset to the Hilton team. The room was extraordinary, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Nothing was less than excellent.

Staff were amazing! ALL of them. It was wonderful to have a restaurant and bar on site. Room service was excellent. The hotel was clean and the room spacious. No complaints at all!
