The hotel was insanely easy to find after getting off the highway, and having a McDonald's and a gas station/convience store was the biggest plus! When we walked in, we were weclomed by the staff, who were so super kind and efficient with checking us in and telling us about their breakfast times and giving us our keys with a password for the wifi. The room was super clean, basically spotless! This hotel made a huge impression, not only to me; someone who has stayed at quite a few hotels, but to my boyfriend who hasn't stayed at as many and doesn't really know what to expect. The room exceeded our expectations in every way! The bathroom was super clean and nicely set up--the shower was a perfect size and was super clean! And despite us being in this hotel with no vacancy, the rooms were as good as soundproof and could really only hear anything outside the doors in the hallways.

Really, the only things that we "didn't" like was that there wasn't any type of body wash--just another little handheld soap; there was one plug that was in one of the lamps that didn't work, but there was 2 on it so it wasn't the end of the world.

Somehow? said I requested free parking? brain cramp! must have been a "computer thing", parking was not a concern, I had requested slightly early check in time and was quickly accommodated by the desk, great job. good people. never enough coffee and sugar and creamers in a room! lol , don't like noisy next-door room waking me up! but all is well, no problem.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice! I've stayed there twice and they were able to check me in early the first time. The second time I stayed, I needed a room change and they were extremely helpful in doing so! Super friendly staff!

I enjoyed my stay both times! I will say in one of the rooms, there was a bad odor, but I was able to get a new room. Some of the rooms are very dim.

The staff is phenomenal and always ready to help. The Hotel is nice taking care and well maintained. What I like most, is tha is always available for my stays. Whenever I need to go to Petersburg, this is the place!

There is no much to do around the hotel. Other than a Mc donalds right next door and a gas station on the other side, there is no much else. Deliveries also are not so great in the area plus, everything seems to close too early.

From the moment we arrived it was great! Location is great you have a gas station on one side and McDonald’s on the other. Front desk staff was friendly and super nice, room was big and clean! Bed was comfortable!

The free breakfast wasn’t the best I have ever seen but it was good non the less. Needs to add some sugar free syrup for diabetics but other then that it was good

Very clean,beds were comfortable,desk associates were very friendly,easy check in process. It was the second time I stayed and anytime I visit Virginia I will definitely choose to stay here!

I liked the location of my room, on the top floor, up in a corner. Breakfast was adequate, room was clean but dated. The beds were comfortable.

My smoke alarm kept chirping, had to have the staff come up 4 times to try to quiet it, and eventually removing it altogether, which did not feel safe after that.

Room was really good. Beds were comfortable. The staff are so nice and helpful. Very shocked for location and price of how good it was. Usually hotels near a highway are just dash and goes and not the best because people are in and out. 10/10 hotel. No complaints.

Parking kind of sucks but that’s anywhere.

Limited parking. Not enough parking spaces at the time of our stay. The Circle K was loud at times, which is nothing you can control.

Clean room, the bed was the best. Great light duvet-like white cover on bed with plenty of pillows and linen was smooth and soft. Room colour had less brown and beige than most rooms which gives it more of a modern feel and brightness. Room was large with a small sofa to actually sit down instead of lying on the bed. Shower was good, plenty of towels with open shelves under the sink to put toiletries. Check in gal was pleasant, courteous and helpful. We did not get a chance to try out the breakfast.

Repair the chair near the sofa. It was ripped.
