We stayed here randomly since we were traveling. I'm so glad I followed my instinct against other hotels nearby. During our road trip it was 1 of the best hotels we stayed very clean and super comfy beds. When I say xlean I mean clean room. We didn't get to eat breakfast cuz of tiredness. The staff very friendly and the area where this hotel is located very safe and LOTS of stores, restaurants etc...

room was clean, quiet in bedroom. You can hear hallway noise in the living area, but we didnt have any one sleeping there so it didnt matter, might make a difference if someone sleeps there. Loved the pool and was such a treat after driving all day! Staff was great. the gentleman that was monitoring the breakfast area in the morning was awesome!!

The room had a bedroom and a living room. You could shut the door in between if you wished. I liked that there was a full-sized pullout couch. We also really appreciated the fact that there was a TV in each room. Traveling with kids that’s a big bonus!! The indoor pool and free breakfast added to the reasons of why we chose to stay here. We will stay here again!!

The breakfast was just ok. The cereal was clearly a generic brand. We have a child with food allergies and having food options that we know are safe is important to us. The milk was not individual, but rather a gallon jug of 2%. I was hoping that there would be a pot of pre-made oatmeal, but there were only packets and no way to measure the water/milk to add to it.

The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast provided was an added bonus which really helped us because there were quite a few traveling with us. Anything extra we needed was supplied without an issue. The pool was heated and nice after a long day out. The night front desk lady was really nice. My kids liked her a lot (they were regulars at the little market place in the evenings to buy candy and ice cream).

The wifi was acting up a bit but we understand that happens. We have the same problem at home sometimes.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff was super helpful and so sweet. The pool was clean and heated which was a plus since it was super cold outside. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just right and had multiple choices from eggs, sausage and waffles to fruit, yogurt, cereal and choices of breads, bagels and English muffins. The location was close to many restaurants. Will always stay here when we travel.

I didn’t eat breakfast

At 10 pm no one answered the phone at the front desk. I called on my cell phone and no one answered either. That was sad. House keeping told me where to get my own towels. So I just used the towel I had. That was sad also. But I would book there in the future, but I would get more towels.

The room was very nice. The only complaint is the pullout couch was very uncomfortable.The breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient to where we were going, and the variety of restaurants in the area was a plus.

The only thing I was displeased with was the pullout couch. There is not anything else that we didn't like.

Super old looking interior, wall paper bubbling off walls, carpet needs cleaning, whole room and upholstery could use a deep clean or replaced/updated

We were stranded on I95 in the snowstorm. I booked online and the room was waiting for us when we got there. So easy and no fuss. Room was large and clean. Shower pressure was good and the building had a unique esthetic. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.

The parking lot had literally 6" of ice on it. It was a chore to get in and out. A lot of people were stuck. The breakfast was okay, but the bagel I picked up was hard on one side, and wet on the other. Kind of unappealing. Of course they also were slammed, so these things might be attributed to that fact.

Staff was kind, room was clean and comfortable, location was excellent, plenty of space, reasonably priced, and my kids loved the glass elevator where you could see outside…overall very satisfied.

The elevator went out a few times, and walking up the stairs to the 5th floor at 38 weeks pregnant was rough! Luckily, they had it fixed pretty quickly.
