Breakfast very good …except for some fellow -about 45ish …think he was in hotel management? Kept walking around the eating area saying “well blame it on Jesus & the (something -his words garbeled) -to the point I finally spoke up -“you can’t blame Jesus-he is perfect” He, mgr? Said what Bible you read & when I responded w/they all say the same - he said something to effect “dat’s why Koran is best -no double talk,straight forward, bla bla bla till I finally just left - didn’t need his harassment & I truly do believe he worked there.

All good except see above….i was going to a Christian funeral for a very dear friend that day & I didn’t need harassment from that hotel manager

The room was warm, clean and fresh. We were exhausted due to traveling from Georgia. Bed was welcoming and very comfortable. The shower water didn't take long to get hot. Also wanted to point out that when I arrived to breakfast I recognized a familiar staff lady from last year. I can't remember if I did a review on it or not. But last year this staff person didn't keep the waffle mix filled. Instead she told someone that it was broken. But then soon afterwards someone else complained about the waffle mix and surprisingly the staff lady filed it. So it wasn't"broken". I recognized her yesterday morning and she was on top of keeping everything filled and was polite to everyone!! My wife finally joined me and she remembered the staff lady too! I told my wife that it was a big improvement in her attention to everything.

The only issue was the bath soap dispenser was empty when I started my shower. My wife had to go downstairs and let the front desk know. It wasn't long that they supplied us with a full bottle. I used the small travel soap since I had already started my shower.

Location was Great! Prices are great always my go to when I visit Lynchburg

My key wouldn’t work to my room or to enter the building the lady had saw me numerous of times still told me she needed my id to make a key, I mean I get that that’s company policy, but that was a lot of hauling bags back in forth to car! Also I checked out one night and came back the following day stuff was still left in the Fridge and toilet bowel was filthy still I didn’t complain first night, floor wasn’t vacuumed, I asked housekeeping for a brush and spray to clean the toilet myself! Other than that I have no complaints as will return per usual!

Everything was so nice and clean. The person checking me in at the front desk was nice and check out was a super easy process. I will definitely stay here again. I travel to Lynchburg frequently due to having family I need to visit.

I placed a special request to have a room close to the elevator because I walk with a cane. I was willing to take a standard room in place of the accessible room. I received an email stating my accommodation would be honored but when I went up to my room it was almost to the end of the hallway.

Great location, easy check-in and check-out process. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were flat and only had 3 on a king sized bed. The TV was small and dated but functional, so no complaints there. We appreciated the small kitchenette in the room. We appreciate there was a breakfast option, but it wasn’t amazing - not a lot of options. Would we stay again - maybe, the price point was right and we appreciated that it was clean!

This was a great location. A full hot breakfast every morning was appreciated. The staff was very attentive as well.

I stayed for a whole week. I would have liked to have had maid service at least once. I was able to get more supplies from the front desk. I had to put the trash out to be picked up in the hallway, but this seemed a little unsanitary.

Christian R, the maintenance person, was so helpful. I'm from out of town on business and alone when my car breaks down. Turns out to be the battery. I had one delivered but did not have the tools to change it. Christian saw myself and a coworker working to change the battery with 1 adjustable wrench when he jumped in and came to the reacue. People like Christian are important.

At checkout, I needed a copy of my receipt. There was no one at the front desk. I stood there waiting for over 15 minutes, and no one ever showed up. Had to come back after work to get it. Also, there was no breakfast by 7 am and the front desk said that's all they have because the "construction workers cleaned them out". There should be replenishment for all guests.

Location was great and close to Liberty University.

Breakfast was lacking. Looked as though it was a set amount for the day and when it was gone, it was gone. No replenishing and counters were not kept clean. Had to go buy breakfast elsewhere both days. Bed was “lumpy” - you could tell it was an old mattress. Could hear people talking in adjoining rooms - no noise reduction of any kind. Staff meme Dr that checked me on was put out that she had to check me in at the end of her shift - never told about breakfast, WIFI or any other check in information. Just handed keys and was done.

Gentleman at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom was very well stocked. Appreciated the 24/7 coffee and it was very good coffee.

Sink in the bathroom was clogged and drained very slowly. Breakfast menu was very sparse. It is the only hotel i have had breakfast in that didn't offer scrambled eggs at a minimum. TV is a little small.

Location was convenient for our needs. Staff was pleasant and helpful when we needed something

Breakfast was mediocre - waffles, cold/hot cereal and standard beverages - nothing more. On arrival we were in a no smoking hall (1st floor) and it REEKED of smoke - gone by next morning. Handicap shower was ok but the handheld shower had no "holder" and was awkward to use without turning on/off. Plastic "desk" chairs - nothing in room to sit on that was comfortable except the bed.
