Loved the large size of the room as there was a master room, 2 queen sized beds, 2 heating/ ac units to warm all of the interior. The kitchen was quaint but nice and could hold my leftovers from ordering out. A microwave to heat any food if I didn't wish to cook on the stove. Had the option to cook my own food, would need to bring own cookingware in order to utilize it efficiently. A couch in the living space to stretch out when you don't want to be on the bed and capable of rotating the tv to see from any angle. The view of the beach was nice and the weather was warmer than I expected it to be. The staff for the most part were either nice or helpful when questions arose or making purchases from their pantry. Also liked the offerings from the pantry since it featured snacks, microwave easy meals & some drinks if you didn't feel like heading to any of the other stores or wanted something light. Oh the location is also within range of a lot of grocery stores, restaurants & convenience stores so you don't have to go far for anything.

I liked watching the tv though there was only 40 channels available but in reality it was 38 since channel 1 was the guide and another station didn't work at all and didn't have a connection. Otherwise, I was content with the options for the most part. The free breakfast food options were plentiful though I found the more common offerings: eggs, breakfast meat of some sort & the muffins were either too sweet, bland (though they offered salt & the like to season) or somewhat underwhelming. Got to a point where I ate less and less since I was eating the same thing that was reliable but boring.

It’s proximity to the beach. Easy beach access. Room with a kitchen. Breakfast.

Property could use a facelift. Carpet was worn and dingy. Lamps and stove had rust. Ice machine didn’t look clean. Shower had some mildew that I cleaned.

Lady that checked us in could have told us where and when breakfast was. Also about where ice machine etc was located. Didn't like that there were boys/men in parking lot skateboarding and would not move for us to get in.

The staff was amazing. I asked if I could be on the top room and she made adjustments for me since I never like being on the bottom floor. The direct access to the water was absolutely amazing. The sunset was amazing The pool was still open even though it was September and it was still warm so that's awesome.

The breakfast was not great at all. The staff that did the breakfast was absolutely amazing and super sweet. The facilities were amazingly clean. But the product used I could taste that some of it was expired like the pancake and waffle batter. So it made our stomach turn and that was not awesome.

I liked that the staff was courteous and polite.

Room initially smelled like weed. There was flies in the room and the bathroom needed to be swept. The young lady at the front desk whose initials are “AJ” was very sweet and helpful and was able to put us in a suite which was better. I had to wait about 20-30 mins for the room to be “cleaned”. When we got to the suite,the room it was not cleaned fully, there was hair in the shower. The coffee maker did not work. Kitchen sink needed to be washed out.The breakfast food was ok. If you are in need of cooking pans and utensils they are given at the front desk upon request.I enjoyed that the hotel was right off the beach, the fitness center was awesome as well as the front desk hot chocolate. The staff did clean the room twice during our 5 day stay.

The lady in the dinner hall way very rude to my wife two days in a row...& Management asked me what happened & when I told her she basically called me a liar, I been checked out since the 10, it's the 18th still haven't gotten my 100 dollar hold for the room I stayed 10 days ..then management told me we don't rent night ...I have to pay weekly up instead or my room is not secured....it's a very nice hotel, just in a high crime drug area.. despite the cleanliness I won't be going back..

We loved our stay at the Best Western Plus. The front desk staff were so friendly, helpful, and informative. We liked breakfast! You can tell those ladies are very busy at breakfast time but did a great job keeping food up anyway. Also, it was extremely helpful having a filtered cold water dispenser to refill our jugs in the front lobby. And don't even get me started on how amazing that espresso/coffee machine was. Our suite was very comfy and clean. Lastly the maintenance guys there are on point! The facilities were always clean and it looked like they were always busy making the place look great. Thanks for a great stay.

I think y'all need a bigger breakfast space for so many people! Little far away from Boardwalk but we didn't really mind the walk!

Customer service was great! I reserved a room with partial view of the ocean, but I got a room with the parking lot view instead. I went to complain, i think there was a mistake. I was told the desired view is not guaranteed at times as the availability may not be updated at the time of booking. They checked their database nonetheless, and had one available suite. They rectified and upgraded me to suite at no extra charge. Kitchen sink was clogged, but they actioned so quickly after the receptionist was informed.

The smell of the air blown by the air-conditioner.

the location was great. the night time staff was very helpful and accommodating when I asked to change rooms due to needing a floor room for handicap mother. The room size is amazing. 5 slept very comfortably. The breakfast supervisor, Kristina was polite and pleasant. the breakfast area was clean and kept stocked. the front desk attendentant Tina was very pleasant and helpful. Just steps away from the ocean.

Found trash under the couch when I had to look for my earring. The couch is a little dated and dingy.

The owners were on site at times and were extremely professional. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The Maintenace crew was attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel was very clean and close to the beach and the swimming pool was awesome.

One of the morning breakfast attendants that wear a top bun kept asking my children how much more food were they going to eat, she never questioned them in my presence only when I wasn't around. She was polite to me though.
