Great hotel. The lobby playlist had great modern day songs. The breakfast was good. The staff was all very friendly. We did have one slight issue with the shower head, it was not working correctly, but the issue was fixed immediately it was replaced with a new one. The pool was great, my kids loved it. Probably the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be back.

The receptionist provided excellent service. Our first room wasn't ready for occupancy, and she promptly provided another room which was ready, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delightful, and gave us a great start to the day.

The staff was lovely! We had an issue with our room and they immediately moved us to another one. The breakfast was fine and filling. we loved the pool and mini jungle gym!

-Gym wasn’t available -The first room smelled like smoke and we weren’t reimbursed the difference for the smaller room. -I left a few toiletries in the bathroom and when I called for us to go pick it up, they said there was nothing in the room. It was quite frustrating since I’m allergic to a lot of things and cannot easily access a replacement.

Our breakfast was good with a decent variety. The woman in the breakfast area worked very hard to keep everything filled, clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. The employees were all very friendly and helpful!

Our room had a strange odor, but I think it might have been the cleanser they used. We got used to it fairly quickly and really only smelled it when we came back in after leaving. Our shower/tub didn’t drain well, so we stood in water and it didn’t have very good water pressure.

I enjoyed every moment! It was homecoming at VSU, and I was cooking all day. Taking a break and getting a good night's sleep that evening was great. Well, it was after the party!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We were placed in a room near dogs and were not asked in advance if it was okay. Succumbed a little to my hay fever symptoms which were mild as the place was kept clean.

Exceptionally clean everywhere on premises and inside lobby. The room was neat, crisp clean linen as well as clean, not stained towels as some have stated in reviews. Breakfast was very good with plenty of selection. The lady overseeing food kept food counter wiped down as well as tables. Very clean food area. We felt safe staying there and plan to return when we come through in the future. This place is on my ("fav's) list.

The bed was extremely comfortable. My husband and I both had a great night's sleep. This was just a stopover for us on our way north and it was great having such a comfortable bed and good night's rest.

I pulled over from a long drive and saw the hotel while getting Gas. Realized I was tired and decided it was time to get so sleep. The room was clean and cozy. Got a great night sleep.

The lady in the front desk, when we arrived around 9h30pm, was very nice and helpful. Gave us fresh coffee she just had brewed. I enjoyed talking to her. She is a geme and really cares about her job! The room was clean and it is spacious. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Quiet place. Breakfast is simple but has a good selection. Excellent option close to the I-95.
