The bathroom facilities were clean and worked well. The beds were comfortable. Parking was easy. Maid service was good.

The floor material in our room was unpleasant to walk on barefoot. The sink area was small and not well suited to travelers with sponge bags. Breakfast was fast-food quality—poor.

The manager Haroon Khagga and the new staff he was training Donna were amazing! I was alone and they were kind and friendly. Donna went out of her way to assist me in making tea. Haroon was always eager to answer my questions and offer recommendations. Made me feel welcome! Cleaning people also friendly and helpful!

The breakfast was terrible. Few options. Fruit bowl was 4 apples and few oranges first day which was a weekend. Second day there were 2 only. No pastries and few options besides cereal. Very disappointing. Went to sheetz.

I like that it was right off of the interstate and it was not hard to find. The staff that I did engage with were awesome.

The only thing I didn’t care for was no one told me where to go for breakfast so I was looking crazy walking around and then I had to find the coffee station in the lobby area. I think that was just awkward. I didn’t eat anything so I can’t rate the food.

From the moment we walked in to check in it was a pleasure. Edward was fast and personable. I loved the flavored coffee creamers that I could use in my in room coffee. Beds were comfy and the room was spotless. After a quiet night breakfast was quite a surprise. The hot bar of eggs, sausage and sausage gravy was delicious . Not full, make a pancake on this awesome machine. And lots of yogurts and cereals, fruit etc. There is something for everyone. It’s a great way to start your day of exploring the Richmond area or getting back on the road to continue your travels. In a great location to get to with lots of restaurants for dinner options. We will definitely be back.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. There was a few dings in the bathroom but it was painted .

Paula the receptionist was professional courteous friendly well-educated attended to all our needs she is the ultimate employee she deserves a raise and you deserve a thousand more like her in the future if I ever travel that way I will stay there just because of her thank you for the wonderful experience Paula

Nothing.wad wrong with the stay.just need more employees like Paula.

The breakfast was pretty good. The room was OK, a little disjointed as hotel rooms go.

The layout of the room was a little weird. The bathroom was ok, but the sink wasn't in the bathroom. It was acroos the way from the bathroom door and the fridge was past the sink from the main room.

The hotel looks newly renovated and very spacious and clean. The bathroom was a little small no big deal. I love the plank flooring. The front lady sorry I don't remember her name was awesome in checking in, easy and fast and the supervisor cleaning lady was suburb in accommodating me to another room because the AC was broken in that room.

The only reason I did not give a 10 is because the hallway AC was broken and it was HOT. I would have liked a note or message stating that AC was out in the hallways via email or text. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Staff was friendly. Hotel room was updated and clean. Breakfast was decent. Complimentary coffee/hot chocolate bar in lobby. Plenty of parking. Location offered a variety of foods (mostly chain fast food/restaurants though) and it was only a 10 minute drive to the museum part of the city and also 10 min drive to the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.

Everything was great.

The staff was nice. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was great. My sister's favorite restaurant was in walking distance so that was a plus.

We were told breakfast ended at 10, but it ended at 930 and we almost missed it. The ac didn't work well the first night, but eventually the air kicked in and it was comfortable.

Great location (close to where I needed to be). Generally clean and quiet, staff okay but did not enforce any COVID protocols. Not only were some of the staff unmasked, but some of the patrons as well and no one seemed to mind it. That is not acceptable in the current environment. The shot is not a failsafe against catching the virus and there is no verification by the hotel that patrons are vaccinated.

Boxed breakfast was good but staff member did not use tongs or plastic gloves to prepare bags. Faucet in corner of sink might have been good in theory (neat because it's different), but it's hard to wash effectively.
