it was clean and your assistant manager and attendant treated us really gracious. but was reall upset we put our food in the fridge and turned it on came back and it was hot because I noticed that it was not plugged up and found no place to plug it up or the coffee pot. I called downstairs and went to the front desk and my issue was not fixed. the nite attendant said he couldn’t do anything about it until Monday which would have been two day until that day. I fell like he could have went to my room and checked to see about the issue. so I never was able to use my fridge or coffee pot.

Great Location! There is a really nice bowling alley right down the street within walking distance! The room was very clean and fresh smelling. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. All of the staff was pleasant! There is an office building in front of the hotel be sure not to park in there parking area.. you will get towed!! The hotel staff should let you know the designated parking area for the hotel.

The front desk employees were excellent. The room was clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The hot tub and pool area was clean and open until midnight.

The parking was a nightmare. My daughter and I stayed here Halloween weekend. We left around 6pm to go to Kings Dominion for a while, and when we returned around 1am there were no parking spots. We were informed to wait until 130am-2am and spots would open up when a club next door closed for the night. After a long drive in that day, walking all around Kings Dominion, and an early morning departure the next day, the last thing I needed was to wait for a parking spot in the parking lot where I had paid to stay. The front desk staff were as helpful as they could be. Personally, I would have checked registered parking tags and had the others towed.

Location was great. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Room size was great. Staff was really nice. My kids loved the pool.

Could not get anyone to answer at the front desk. Had to go downstairs every time I needed anything. The ice machine was right outside the room and it was really loud every time someone got ice. The mini fridge had ice build up so we couldn’t close the fridge. Had to use something to break up the ice so the fridge could close.

Breakfast wasn't that enjoyable. The location was good.Overall everything else was wonderful...

Breakfast could have been better Not much to choose from .Also the small refrigerator in the rooms take too long to get your drinks/water cold.Need more channels on the TV you mostly are watching news channels or sports.Paying that much for rooms you should have more channels yo watch for movies ....

The staff was great, the room was clean, and the pool area was good. The breakfast was excellent with choices for everyone. The location was good near plenty of restaurants and stores. The exercise area was good.

I didn't like that we could hear loud noise from the room next most of the night, which made it hard to sleep. The bed was ok, my back was sore. The exercise area did not have water cooler or hand sanitizer.

Clean, breakfast wasn’t bad considering it’s not a restaurant, staff very pleasant.

Mainly that it wasn’t ideal to walk to restaurants and not much to do nearby. We had no car. The ice and drink machines were across from our room and I noticed the garbage can was stuffed. Weird they didn’t empty it. Didn’t affect my stay, just an observation.

The room was really nice, the staff was very helpful, and the pool and jacuzzi being open til midnight was amazing. I helped myself to the breakfast each morning which was nice, and the coffee in the lobby was actually delicious. I have no complaints. Me and my family absolutely loved it.

Chlorine was strong enough to burn our eyes a little but atleast we know it was clean!

The room was very nice. The bed slept so very nicely! The staff was very friendly and cordial. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Outside of the business center not being operational and the hot tub not working, it was a very pleasant experience.

The Business Center wasn't operational. Needed to handle a couple of things Business wise, but nothing was working. Also, I know we're still dealing with COVID-19, but not to the place that you can't serve your guests a hot breakfast. I don't eat processed foods like Hot Pockets.

Helpful, friendly staff. Parking problems due to a close other business property who will have you towed for being on their property. Very clean room and facility. I would stay there again.

A mentioned parking problem. One day a terrible breakfast. Eggs not good, missing muffins, yogurt, and other items. Second day, all the missing items and the egg/cheese item good. Inconsistent breakfast.
