The whole hotel is great, the breakfast is nice, the outdoor patio is comfy when it's not sweltering. The rooms are very clean and taken care of, as well as the ability to cast to the TV was a plus for me and my gf. Overall very good stay.

The only thing I can complain about is the price. When I first went there, it was affordable and it didn't hurt the wallet, but the prices have doubled if not tripled so sadly I don't see myself going back much anymore

Breakfast was just right with scrambled eggs, sausage links and Pattie's, pastries, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and u can make yr own pancakes. Coffee 24/27. Check out convenient with checkout via email. Staff very pleasant. Facility only 3 yrs old so fairly new and clean. Enjoyed use of fitness room and pool. Walkable to Berguland Center.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to downtown and less than a mile from I-581. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. They kept the area clean and neat, and made sure that the food was replenished as it got low. No complaints at all and will definitely stay here again. A great value!

We liked the location & comfort of our rooms, and your front desk staff was very nice.

Our TV "streaming" never worked & when I called the front desk, the girl was very nice & came to our room to see if she could work it. She couldn't & said she'd contact the tech support person to fix it. Then, she called from the front desk to tell me she was off duty & gave me the # to call myself. Never mind... Also the USB charger next to the bed didn't work. That was also being referred to the tech person, but then I was told to mention that when I called! This morning when I went to breakfast, the pancake batter was empty & I told the person there. That was never replenished. The muffin display was empty except for lots of crumbs left there. This was a very disappointing experience after the excellent one we had in Nashville.

The surrounding area looked like a kind of industrial environment within walk distance from the hotel. Not an issue to stop for the night, however.

We were there for a dance competition . Wasnt able to enjoy the outside due to all the homeless . Didn't feel safe with my girls to sit outside . It was bad just going over to the sheetz across the street only to see the homeless robbing sheetz blind . Other than that the hotel was awesome . Peacefull and quiet . Staff was awesome . Having a Starbucks there was exactly on point when having to be up early and an all day event

The homeless was sitting around in the parking lot .

Hotel location was within minutes of any downtown activities and attractions. The hotel is still in excellent shape, with very clean and modern rooms, plenty of space and lots of amenities.

No pets are permitted but its understandable. Thats literally the only negative.

Great location for getting anywhere around Roanoke. Very close to the Civic Center and Airport. We spent 3 nights there and did some shopping. Great hotel, nice clean rooms, comfortable beds. Modern facility with indoor pool and workout room. Great little breakfast from 6am-10am. (scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, hot cakes, pastries, juice and coffee) Free coffee 24-7. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Love how easy it is to cast your favorite shows to the TV in the room. Nice location, room, and friendly staff. The auto blinds were also a nice touch.

This was a fairly new hotel, so everything was still in good condition, clean and comfortable.

This hotel was across the street from a homeless shelter. The intersection had panhandelers at every corner of the intersection and at the left turn lanes, and they slept at a corner under the trees. Did not feel safe there. This was a bad spot to build a hotel.
