great location close to airport. looked clean and modern. good room+bed, nice bar, great value for money.
not much to do in the area, but logical since close to airport.

This property has been recently renovated with stunning industrial, farmhouse design. The main area is breathtaking with soaring vaulted ceilings adorned with steel girders and wood accents. New carpets, paint, furnishings throughout. Truly a visual masterpiece. The bed was oh so soft, making it hard to get up and out in the mornings. Staff were friendly.

Good breakfast. The Restaurant manager, Barry, always made our mornings cheerful and great service. Excellent mattress and pillows.
Noisy trucks in the parking lot starting their engines loudly early every morning. Bed had a broken corner bracket hurting my wife’s foot. Reported. Wire in hallway and water in main floor hallway.

There were no coat hangers in our room. I ask the lady at the front desk and she immediately got hangers for us. It didn’t take her two minutes. We really appreciate her prompt response.
There was no hair dryer in the room.

service are not courteous, staff attitude and behavior is very poor.
Front desk manager very responsive; but main cashiers staff are very poor actitudes, not service oriented, no nice at all; in fact very unresponsive and non interested on customer service. Poor orientation on facilities amenities or complementary services.

They were out of waffles and pancakes, so that was disappointing, but what I got was still good.
The pool was inside, which was fine, but the inside room was very warm, but the water was somewhat cold.
