Room was nice with well-functioning A/C and room darkening curtains. Room was clean and quiet. Appreciated the free parking, acceptance of pets, and the included breakfast. The breakfast offerings were quite good. We really liked the pancake machine. The staff were nice. We had accidentally made two reservations for the same night and they refunded our money, even though it was past the cancellation deadline. The location was well-suited to our needs.

We didn't like that smokers would stand near the entrance to the pool area and near the entrance to the hotel and we had to run the gauntlet to get past them.

The hotel is very clean. The room was nice, well equipped and very quiet. Yes, this hotel needs the renovation, but they support rooms in a good shape. There is a huge plaza just near the hotel ( 5 mins walking distance). Huge Aldi 2 mins drive from the hotel. Huge parking. I stayed on Tuesday and the parking was hardly occupied. The breakfast was nice, no vegetables at all :) some fruits. But good omelette, franks and cakes. Very close to I-95, 20 mins to Washington if you’re not in the traffic jam, otherwise it’s 40+ mins. Recommend this hotel.

No disadvantages I would say.

Good location. Reasonable travel time to Downtown DC and the surrounding areas such as Arlington or Alexandria. Breakfast was excellent, have a wide variety of options. We had a double queen room and it was great for 3 pax. Saw other comments about room needs to be updated but overall I think it is fine and had no problems with it. Room is clean and water in the bath shower was strong. Will return to this hotel again.

the rooms are very good and the bathrooms are quite good, one of the best options is that it has a large parking lot and an excellent pool

the reception staff is not very nice, I had problems with my room and then they had even tried to give it to another person who tried to enter the room with my wife inside; then they wanted to remove me from my room because they said they had not made the charge and then I checked my account statement and they had made up to double the charge; that was the only bad thing the treatment of reception with the employee and the manager

Great value in a convenient location outside DC. Minutes from the Franconia-Springfield Metro station, making it a fantastic option for visiting the city without having to drive in and deal with the hassle and expense of parking. Rooms were very comfortable, modern, and clean. Hot breakfast was very good with various options. Staff were excellent. I’ll stay here again in the future!

Location, within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores (for longer stays) and literally right off the highway. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, bigger size rooms (for families), good amenities (dove brand soaps/shampoo), good variety of breakfast, clean pool (with lifeguard!!), and ample parking spaces.

This hotel has ample parking but there are events in the hotel such as weddings that take up the parking spots in the evening, also because it is close to the highway you get lot of that noise in the rooms.

Breakfast was excellent. Bed extremely comfortable and room clean, comfortable and well designed and equipped for business or pleasure travel.

A magnifying mirror in the bathroom would have been appreciated for applying make-up, and the shower head was too high for the average woman to reach in order to adjust the spray.

Rooms are very clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. This hotel is very convenient when we come to visit friends and family in the area.

Parking was bad! We had to circle the parking lot multiple times each night to find a parking space. Tour buses were taking up a lot of spaces. They should park elsewhere.

We liked the 12pm check out time, breakfast was good, and so nice to have right there. They even had flavored creamers for my coffee! Room was clean and staff was friendly.

We took the shuttle to and from metro, normally didn’t take long for them to take or pick us up but it took them 50 minutes to pick us up the last time. Think guy at front desk might have forgotten to tell the shuttle driver the first time I called. I don’t know. Guess it’s a risk you take using the shuttle. However, the shuttle drivers were super nice!

It was clean and smelled nice your front desk was very pleasant and efficient. The rooms were excellent bathrooms were great. Thanks so much for a comfortable stay.

A lot of people hanging out at the front door smoking, just a un easy feeling going to my car alone. Want do that again.
