Perfect location and breakfast was amazing

We stayed 7 nights at this hotel housekeeping only came one time to clean the room even for that I have to call them. We noticed trash overflowing the trash can , hallway......etc We found the safe box was broken and the parts were all over the closet floor we called maintenance it took them 3 days to fix it.

The breakfast was very good. One of the reasons we would stay here. The people are very friendly.

The room cleanliness could have been a little better. Don't know if it is caused by only getting periodic cleaning. Didn't like to have to put trash outside the room to get collected. Didn't like to have to get fresh towels and put old ones outside the room. Didn't like seeing other people's trash & dirty linen outside in the hallways. Didn't like the no-refund policy. Will be looking into alternatives next time to reduce the risk.

The room sizes are excellent, We enjoy a separate bedroom where one an stay up late and watch TV in the living room and not disturb the other. Very Clean. Good breakfast.

When we return in the next month I would ask for a room not on the street side. We have stayed on the mall side and it is quieter. It would be nice if a barn door was placed on the bathroom wall so you could use the sink area while others slept. But we have frequented this hotel often so neither of these issues would stop us from continuing to come

the breakfast and breakfast area were spacious and ample. weekdays is only 6-9am however. rooms are very large which is a big bonus. Full size fridge and dishwasher.

no hot water in shower. we were there 4 nights and could only get a lukewarm shower, not ideal in December. mattresses are old and some pillows are down/feathers, not good for those with allergies.

The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything you needed for the stay. The hotel itself was outstanding.

Just one thing to consider is that the parking garage didn't allow direct access to the building, which made it a bit confusing without any directions. A negative, there was only one lady working the front desk and her attitude wasn't the most pleasant. She was also sitting in a different area (out of sight) whenever we came to the front desk and hitting the bell would get her to come over. Another negative, only one key worked to let us in the room so we had to get that situated.

Everything. From check in to check out. Staff was super friendly, helpful, great restaurant recommendations. The room...PERFECT. Clean, refreshing, great space. The kitchette area is such a wonderful touch. Didn't feel confined, like you do in most hotel rooms. The bed was so comfy, pillows soft, just enough covers to keep you comfortable but not to hot. Breakfast, was great. Different choices everyday, that is a nice change.

There wasn't anything I would change

Nice breakfast, very clean and eco-friendly room. Free wifi and cable was a big plus. The kitchen was very modernized and the bathroom/shower was very clean. Location was next to shopping plaza, was able to walk to the grocery store.

Pool not open; only two elevators.

decor; lots of room in the room itself; I’m glad there was breakfast, including a microwave to reheat the food (which was cold despite the heating trays)

seemed to be an emergency response at least once/day; advise guests of construction & how to get across the street to the gas station without walking way out of the way. also we had some difficulty having our room keys made & had to wait quite awhile for those.

Good location, close to shops and restaurants (walking distance). Friendly staff. Rooms are small but comfy.

Refresher spray was super allergic when we entered the room. I'd like to thank the receptionist who offered us an upgraded room that was possible to breathe. Got a party on Saturday in front of our door that ended with toxic smoking throughout the hallway that smelled for hours. Nobody did anything to stop this - unbelievable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly

Some water damage downstairs with wallpaper hanging off- a bit of an eye sore, as it’s right by the main elevator before we went to our room…however after getting to our room it was very net and tidy.
