The room was ideal for my purposes. I was visiting family and just needed a place to sleep and for self-maintenance. It had all I needed, including a fridge. Also things I didn't need - stovetop, iron, microwave (? can't remember). No carpet, but the floor was new "hardwood". Soap, but no shampoo. Heating and plumbing worked well. In my mind, not cheap, but the cheapest I found. No restaurant, but lots of choices in vending machine. Housekeeping was excellent. Funny thing -- I was overcharged from the booking.com quote price, but I received a refund without even asking.

The rate was good. Staff was pleasant & lobby was always clean. The room was decent & clean too. Housekeeping checked in regularly. Laundry room was fine as well. The location was great. Near I-95, near shops, supermarkets, etc.

The WiFi was terrible & unsecured. Was moved to a different room in hopes of getting better WiFi reception but it was still bad. As an entrepreneur, this was unsatisfactory. The vent in the bathroom was extremely loud. Renovating a bunch of rooms so was noisy at times. Kitchenware & pots are not included, you must purchase from them or bring your own.

It was very clean. I got the room for the kitchen so we could cook. I called twice to confirm there would be pots and pans. There weren’t, and I was told I couldn’t get any until the next morning. I said that wasn’t going to work, and luckily the front desk person got me some. Only one burner worked, though, and when I asked at the front desk for dish washing supplies, the man at the desk said there wasn’t any. When I checked out and mentioned that to the woman behind the desk, she said, of course we have that, it’s right here.

The room was clean, and the property was quiet. They are doing renovations which is good. The bed was so comfortable and one of the reasons I would stay again. Wasn’t bad at all for the value and location.

The lobby could have been cleaner. Floors were really dirty and had a slight smell.

Bed is comfortable and overall the room is clean. Always quiet and great location.
