The location was fantastic. All of the guest rooms face the ocean and each have private balconies. I appreciated that there was no smoking allowed on the balconies. I opted for the included breakfast which was nice. We recieved a little voucher for the restaurant in the hotel and it was freshly made when we ordered. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating.

The water pressure for the shower was almost non-existent, but I've come to expect that from most hotels. There is a souvenir shop in the hotel where the shopkeep burns incense that has a strong scent. It wafted into the restaurant across the corridor while we were having breakfast and gave me a headache.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was convenient to dining, shopping, beach, parking. The ease of coming and going was very appreciated. The atmosphere of the hotel was so warm and inviting. The access to coffee in the mornings, and the sitting areas, televisions, and computers in the lobby were enjoyed by the entire family. The pool was warm and clean, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and acccessible. The view was spectacular!

There were only a few minor things that could have added to our experience. For example: "The Pantry" or the Convenience Store in the hotel lobby- seemed to be overpriced, and would have been better if there was more variety of food items, especially fruit and vegetable options and other breakfast and lunch foods; the restaurants on property- more fruit and vegetable options with entrees; the room- place to hang towels and beachwear to dry, table or shelf in the bathroom.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The water from the shower wouldn’t get past lukewarm! We wanted a hot shower after a day at the beach and it was not good..

The views were awesome, experienced a full moon over the ocean, then a double rainbow as well! Staff nice and pleasant..

I loved almost everything there. But for $500+ a night, come on, you could at least offer room service! And maybe those white fluffy robes too... did not receive our breakfast vouchers until the 3rd day we was there...disappointed with that, we bought breakfast when it was to be included. Front desk should be more aware of this when checking someone in? Because that was the furthest thing on my mind when checking in.. lesson learned. Just over-rated for the price I think.

The room was comfortable and I had the best view of beach and close to the pier. Its a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. The restaurants on site also were very good. I like the garage being attached. The pool and laundry were a plus

I’ll not particularly fond of the sink being outside the bathroom but I did make it work. I’d prefer it all in one room.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy for a long stay. Great view of the ocean and holiday lights on the boardwalk.

Water pressure was a lacking but not terrible. Hot water could have been turned up a bit too. It was supposed to be a smoke free hotel but the couple next to me were smoking cannabis and the scent traveled to my room every night. Restaurant staff was less than welcoming and it often closed earlier than stated.

Great location! Hotel staff was extremely nice. Check in was a breeze. Room was fairly clean, for a hotel. I did find a shoe box under the chair. Restaurants and gift shop in the hotel was great.

Did not receive maid service while there. Had to ask for towels, and etc. If I had to take out the trash, clean, and ask for towels, then I should’ve received a discount. Stop blaming Covid for everything. Couldn’t go in the pool area because I would’ve suffocated in there, it was so hot. Need one outside anyways. Parking wasn’t bad. Kind of tight though. People taking up 2 spaces for 1 vehicle leaving some without a place to park.

I liked the location. The staff was friendly. The lobby smelled so good. The room was modern and clean. There are two restaurants in the hotel. We ate breakfast at one. We have no complaints. I also like the fact that the hotel has its own parking deck. We were able to park right outside of our floor. Even though parking is probably built into the bill, we didn't have to pay additional on site or go across the street to park.

The staff was wonderful! So friendly, helpful and kind. I was traveling with my elderly mother who has some mobility issues and they really worked hard to help us including providing a wheelchair for the duration of our stay which made life for my mother and me so much easier!

The pool is indoors so there wasn’t much of an outdoor area for the property- however the property is oceanfront so that made up for it.
