Very nice clean room, beautiful view Was happily surprised to find kitchen supplies and dishes available to us. Bed was cozy and clean. They also had free laundry facilities if desired to use them.

Staff was unsure if pool was cleaned, or being cleaned. We asked if it was open and was told it might be. Pool had orange cones around it so decided not to use it. We were told we could go across the street to use another motel's pool but it was 46° out. I wasn't taking my baby out into the cold, across the street to swim. Only to have to come out, wet in the cold to return to our room.

Every staff member was exceptionally nice. The balcony was a good size. Didn't have to climb over each other to sit down. Perfect location at southern end of the boardwalk and oceanfront.

Not a game changer for us as a couple, but shower is in the room, not behind a closed door. Kinda weird. And there's a big wall around the massive tub/shower. I had to put a towel down, put a knee on the wall and kick my other leg over it into the tub. I'm not sure how many more years I'd be physically capable of getting in there. Outdoor poolside bar and grill has been closed for 2 years. We regularly vacation in VA Beach and have previously enjoyed going there to eat. Needs to reopen!

Loved the rooftop pool. The inside pool was nice also and the hot tub was clean and very nice after a long day on the beach.

The BATHROOM and BATHTUB! The toilet in our room was basically in a closet. If you didn’t turn your feet sideways when opening/closing the bathroom door you would lose a toe. The TUB is like a garden tub. If you cannot bring your knee to your nipples, you’re not getting in the tub. There’s no steps, just a high step up. Once in the tub, have fun crawling out wet and naked. If you have knee problems or are elderly, you couldn’t have showered in this room.

Everything about the location of the resort was great. The access to the beach was straightforward. I like the view that we had from our balcony. The staff working there were all friendly and very polite. Syeda's costumer service was exceptional. She was very nice and answered all of our questions.

The parking lot was a bit tight and hard to navigate, but it helps that they have an overflow parking lot across the street. All of our stuff was clean except there was a bed sheet for the sleeper sofa that was dirty. It had what appeared to be lipstick in different places. The doorknob to the bathroom was a little loose, but it still provided privacy when needed to use the restroom. Also, we had a neighbor who did not stop smoking weed and that was very unpleasant as when we tried to sit outside on the balcony all we could smell was weed.

I liked the size of our room, loved the kitchen, even though we didnt get a chance to use it since we only stayed one night. had everything from tiny salt & pepper shakers to pots & pans. Beds were super comfortable. The pull out sofa was ok Plenty of seating, and tables. Wi-Fi was great. we brought a Roku stick to attach to the TV and were able to watch whatever we wanted. The view was fantastic, and the staff were very nice. If you plan on visiting during colder months, bring a robe and slippers to go between the pool and your room. the hallways are open on the atlantic ave side of the hotel, which makes the walk can be chilly.

Didnt like how much the indoor pool area is exposed to the front lobby. Maybe some textured window film? The wall separating the bathroom/Shower area from sink made the bathroom/shower area seem a little cramped.

It was a very nice hotel. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I even used that huge garden tub. The staff was great. They were so warm and friendly. Had the chance to actually talk with the guys at the front desk for a few minutes. Gave me great recommendations on places to eat. They ask every time they saw me if I was enjoying myself or what had I done that day. Got a gift card for percents off of some of the shops and restaurants close by. It was good until the day I left. I will absolutely be back.

The kiddie pool was freezing. The main pool was small and 5 ft deep. It was too deep to enjoy a relaxing swim with kids. The drain on the deck was broken. So the floors were covered in water/ slippery and kiddos kept falling. Location was not the best. It's towards the end of the boardwalk where construction is being done. So, the beach right in front of the hotel was blocked off. Construction is being done on the he onsite parking. So you will need to park down the street but they do offer shuttle. Post stay: it makes sense why the rooms were discounted. I wish i stayed closer to the pier at a nicer hotel.

Loved the cleanliness, wonderful staff and text messaging the front desk! We had a response immediately every time! Every need was addressed immediately!

I would give this place a 10 if it werent for the entries into the pools and spa.Not all guests are able to climb up and down pool ladders. There were no walkable steps leading into the pools and spa. Its very hard to climb down and up the ladders for some guests. I had to get family members to help me get in and out of the water.

Ocean view was very nice as well as the size of the suite. Location is excellent for restaurants and local activities.

2nd year in a row where the guaranteed 4:00pm check-in was not accomplished. Dozens of check-ins just standing and waiting to get to their guaranteed room. 1st year not in until 6:30pm, this year it was 5:40pm - of course charged for a full day. Management needs to hire enough staff to properly manage the site.
