Loved everything about the property, even older parts of the hotel still were clean and great.

I didn’t like that the staff would gather in the lobby as people were in and out, they were hitting a weed vape pen and it really just was not professional.

Location was good. Right on the beach.

Anywhere you go anymore, advertise a smoke-free facility, but there are always those that do not listen or adhere to these rules, so I have to smell pot and cigarettes while I'm on vacation. This should be a rule that is enforced. I have MS and smoke can make me feel really bad. I like sitting on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view, but it's hard to do with the smell of smoke and pot.

We liked seeing a different end of the beach, we usually stay near 21st Street. We found the hotel very secure and very clean.

The room did not match the Booking.com pictures. There needed to be more handicap parking spaces in the main parking lot.

Absolutely Everything! Lanice and Staff accommodated my Girlfriend and I with everything we needed. I'm ADA also. Wonderful stay on the 2nd floor with option of getting a room on higher floors. Also Mobility scooters set up a 3 wheel electric wheelchair beside check in that also was a Great convenience.(I did a week,do it) If you can walk or have the scooter, 5 minutes tops to Great restaurants. BLD. Also during our week the Christmas Lights were going,birds eye view of that every night also. I could say more but ,geez. Flight museum 25 minutes away also.

Coffee in the lobby is epic. Also mocha and hot chocolate as well as tea options. Large refrigerator with full freezer in room. Loved the 8th floor view of the ocean and beach…watched the sun rise each morning . Room has a keurig. Wish this was advertised so I could have brought more K cup options. Full kitchen including paper towels, items to wash dishes. I liked not having daily maid service. We don’t need it and it’s truly not necessary-plenty of extra towels and linens. Huge comfy couch with large tv. We enjoy the minimalistic decor. The lady who attended the front desk (cute, gray hair, pony tail, etc.) was always on her game. Very knowledgeable and attentive to any need or request. She also kept the coffee area sparkling clean which was not the case when she was off duty. Her counterparts paid no attention to anything other than the front desk.

We read in advance the property was a bit dated and that is the case. Some colors could use updating but our suite was perfect and some updating had been done. The ice machine on our floor was not working but within a few days, it was working. They’re a bit short staffed as everyone is, so the bathroom in the spa area didn’t receive attention until a few days after our arrival. Sadly, it wouldn’t have needed major attention if people didn’t act like such hogs, but I digress.

Even tho somewhat dated, the suite was super clean. The bed and couch were both very comfy. The full size fridge with large freezer worked great and there’s everything you need to make a meal (dishes pots pans) Including cook top stove with oven. Bedroom separate from living area. Any time I needed anything all I had to do was ask and it was there in ten minutes! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Not to mention the ocean front view was amazing! Tho we didn’t eat in the new restaurant, the smells were amazing.

Only that there is no outdoor pool. The one inside is fine but I like to swim after being at the beach all day.

First, the smiling friendly staff when i walked in. Oceanfront balcony to people or ship watch. Boardwalk for easy walking. The suite was great, roomy. Living room with large TV, cable for nighttime movies or rainy days. The kitchenette was clean with nice 4 seat table ...rummy games..lol. Large bathroom was also clean and a well stocked shampoo, conditioner and body wash station. A privacy door to close off the bedroom, the mattress and pillows were really comfortable, great night sleep.. Also had a large TV and phone charging on the lamps. The indoor pool and spa were clean and bright. The units are quite. You will enjoy your stay, and you too will be booking another stay ! We were lucky and got to see the Christmas lights on the boardwalk...go for a stroll right a dust before the tours start. Beautiful.

Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom layout is good, and bed is comfy. Living room is big with a large size TV. Kitchenette equipped with everything needed, and a full size fridge. Location is perfect, right on the boardwalk with a balcony of great ocean view . Parking lot in front of the hotel is very convenient. Coffee machine in the lobby is great. Elevators are pretty quick.

Hotel hallway is a dated. Bathroom lights flickered sometimes. Hot chocolate machine in the lobby stopped working.

The lobby was decorated very nicely, it was always clean, the front desk associates were always very helpful and nice. The front desk manager (I believe she was the manager) was absolutely amazing! She made sure we were able to keep the same room each day that we booked another night, and was always pleasant and making sure we were happy! The room was alot bigger than we expected which turned out to be a blessing since it was myself, husband, and 4 kids. There was a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and little dining room table. Each room has their own private balcony which faces the ocean. It was really nice that the hotel was quiet all except for 1 morning when the people next to us were checking out, but it only lasted about an hour and was no big deal. My kids loved the pool and hot tub! The pool is a decent size and so is the hot tub. We planned on staying 5 days but ended up staying almost 2wks because we loved being there so much!

Even though the hotel exceeded our expectations, the only thing we weren't crazy about was that the King bed was a bit on the hard side. Not at all too the point of not being able to sleep, but a little too firm for our liking.
