The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with extra sheets and padding. There was a decent flat screen TV and Cox cable channels. The AC worked well enough for it to stay more than cool enough on a 90 degree day. The bathroom space was exceptional with a huge mirror, and a sink with lots of counter space. The space outside of the bathroom with a sink was helpful as well. The location was the best possible location since it was across the street from the mall. 711 and Popeye's was on the same side of the street and within walking distance. I didn't have to drive anywhere after getting to the hotel.

The complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion appeared to have been opened and previously used. The WiFi signal was weak and choppy. This was easily fixed however when using the computer and phone at the provided desk near the window. We got locked out of the hotel room after a short trip to 711. The door turned red when sliding the key card instead of green. This was corrected within minutes after getting someone to the front. They gave us new key cards. If it had happened at night or late, I worry that it might have been a bigger issue. My phone and keys were in the room at the time.

very great area, staff was not to bad just need to smile a bit more and have more customer service. e.g ask you how is everything? this goes a long way.

the toilet looks like there was a stain which just can’t come out.. few different markings on the walls. I feel paint jobs and very deep cleaning will help with some of the cleaning issues. but the place is very good.. also when the staff is cleaning they need to stop being so noisy with their equipment’s cause sometimes someone might be sleeping. outside has a big hole in the ground so when vehicles are passing u can mess up your tire. I do rate the place a number 8 because I did not have much issues.

Staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. Room was bigger than we expected and was a nice surprise..clean room with plenty of towels and space.

Beds were a little too stiff for my liking...bathroom needed a little TLC...(maybe an update and remodel) If you try to sleep between 8pm to 10pm. The jets landing are super loud landing at the base.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable! We rarely sleep well in a hotel, but we slept great on the bed in our room. The room was clean. Not fancy, but we were not looking for fancy. It was perfect for our short stay.

It was a challenge figuring out where to turn to get into the parking lot, but once we knew where to go, all was well.

Staff was very friendly. It was clean. It had all the comfortable basics…not luxury. It was located near many conveniences…mall, restaurants, banks.

The power went off for a few minutes, but was back very quickly. Staff checked after to make sure everything was working.

The property was surrounded with everything for our convenience.

Didn’t really enjoy the metal base around the floor of the bed. Every time we hit it by mistake; it was such a loud noise. The toilet could have been a little cleaner. Had to clean spots off the seat.

The location to where we were going it was close so I'm thankful we didn't have to travel far

Of course hotels aren't your house so it's not going to be the same. the hotel could do some updating. Overall the front clerk who checked me in was the bomb I don't remember her name but she works two jobs and she definitely deserve recognition

The area was great

The fact the room only had 3 outlets in the room. One was behind bed where mattress was. Hard to get .to. the next was behind a bureau. With surge suppressor all ready full. In this day and age, with everything that needs to be plugged in that was not good at all.. very dangerous also with plug next to mattress at head of bed.

Staff quick response when phoned about TV not working

All of the paint peeling hanging down off the wa in the bathroom It would take an hour to repair and repaint 1 coffee pack no decaf -housekeeping issue

The front desk clerk at check-in was super nice!

Price was a little high for the room but understand it's a tourist area. A few shady people hanging around the back parking lot. They starred at us the entire time.
