I LOVED THE NEW RENOVATION!! STAFF WAS SUPER NICE!! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!

The entire property is renovated to the minutest detail. Only one block from the Oceanfront and Boardwalk. Very convenient. We are frequent to the Virginia Beach, and we are quite familiar with the area and other accommodations it has to offer but this property has been the best so far. We can't expect anything better. Outstanding in all departments. FIVE STARS !! The Check in process was smooth and Neil was helpful & very warm. He gave snack boxes to my kids. Convenient Parking. Elegant decor, very intuitive and thoughtful layout of the room. Just to mention the rooms are quite big and spacious and Beach Theme with paintings on the walls. Hardwood Floors, Sorry I don't like carpets. Two 55-inch TVs in our two-bed suite. One in the bedroom and one in the living room. Living room has a sofa. I guess it is a pullout couch intended for larger families. Our two kids were glued to the big screen TV. A lot of fun. We don't allow them binge watching at home, but we let them have fun. The best part of our room was the bathroom. Full size mirror and tons of useful amenities. Multiple Phone Charging Stations, Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing Board, study chair Hi Speed Ethernet and Wi-Fi. In Brief, loaded with useful things. Brand New Mattresses, plenty of Pillows. Everything Spotless and Sparkling Clean. Redroof Plus VB Seaside: A great Find in Oceanfront. We will definitely be coming back during Something in the Water Fest. Thank you Redroof Plus, We carried home with us many sweet memories of the Ocean.

Everything is newly renovated and feels well thought- out. It’s in an amazing location close to all of the shops/ restaurants/ nightlife but tucked away enough that it is quiet.

The upgrades to the room were nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The size of the bathroom was very small.

Check in was quick and front desk was very nice and helpful and also gave out a welcome package.

Pool wasn't open at the moment.

Loved everything! Location was great as it was close to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars! Can walk everywhere. Staff was super nice and friendly! Loved having a balcony. Room and bathroom were big, comfortable & clean. Bed was super comfy (soft). Didn’t get in the pool but it looked refreshing. The TV in the room had all the bells and whistles (not just over the air channels). AC worked like a charm. I felt safe & welcome which is always great. Will def stay again!!

Don’t have many negative things to say. I will say they only have one elevator which can be tricky when it’s check out/check in time, bc of all the guests/workers using it at the same time, but that was the only time it was an issue. Also it was HOT in that elevator. Water pressure was a little on the weak side but it got the job done. Parking is tight! Be careful.

Although I have nothing negative to say about the room itself, the cost was WAY overpriced. Yes, it was clean and comfortable, so my basic expectations were met, but for over $430/1 night I expected something more! I was really upset to see that if I would have booked it for the following night, instead of the night I did, it would have been OVER $200 CHEAPER!... and this wasn't a holiday or any particularly special day... it was a Saturday night, which I understand due to weekend demand may be a LITTLE more costly than a Sunday night but more than $200 difference between a one day difference was completely ridiculous.

The first thing I noticed about the property was the friendliness of the staff. The young man at the counter was kind, respectful and friendly. The other gentleman that came in a few minutes later told me to let them know if I needed anything. I greatly appreciated. We were able to have a main floor room and was able to park my vehicle out front with no issues. We entered the room and it smelled clean and fresh. The bed was freshly made and all linens were clean. The bathroom and other fixtures were also clean and well kep.It was modern decor that was clean and comfortable. The room was refreshed with towels and trash was emptied the next day. I felt safe walking to my car as well as walking to my room. The staff was wonderful when I became ill and needed minor assistance. This is our go to hotel for Virginia Beach.

The staff was very helpful and super nice. I have a really bad history with hotels so I am annoying and ask a lot of questions to triple make sure everything is correct and they were so responsive and helpful. They even brought towels up to our room for us. The property is newly renovated and it’s gorgeous. The beds were so comfortable and it was very clean.

Its nothing they can control but the pool is very cold. It was 85 outside and nobody could get in the pool because it was so cold. The ocean was warmer than the pool.
