hot breakfast. heated pool. free washer and dryer use. only a $25 per stay deposit. friendly and helpful staff. grocery stores, restaurants and a liquor store close by. 300 cable channels. 15 minutes from The National Mall. $10 a night parking fee. These are all the questions I had when I was booking hotels. So I thought I would save someone else some trouble. 😁 Your welcome 😂🤣

nothing really bad to say. It was a great stay.

The pool area and breakfast were great. We were able to get a good breakfast before we went out on our adventures. The hotel is pretty centrally located for the things we wanted to do. They just happened to be working on the nearest metro stop so we were bussed to a different one. Nothing to do with the hotel it just made it harder to get places.

Room service just on request and when the room was cleaned there was still trash and towels left scattered around. When I booked the price was less than what I paid. I was told we were upgraded to a king suite for free because they were out of king rooms but my bill compared to the other room was $250 more expensive. We could have just had a standard room.

Excellent location for our needs. Appreciated the free parking and that it was pet-friendly with reasonable fees. The room was super clean, the A/C and room darkening curtains worked well. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the towels were plush. The staff were all very nice and the breakfast had a nice variety. We appreciated that the free coffee station was open all day.

No complaints. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel to others.

All members of staff were exceptional; they were professional and extremely helpful. I was quite impressed. I loved the digital key option; and the fact that I can use the app to check in and check out. You can also request a traditions key card if you prefer. The hotel is located in an area with a variety of restaurants from different cultures.

One of the reasons I initially chose this hotel was for the complimentary breakfast but I wasn't pleased. I didn't like was the breakfast; it wasn't tasty.

Close to DC, quiet, very clean. Parking was reasonable. Close enough to other transport. Our deluxe room backed to the elevator, so we tested it skeptically, but sound insulation in this hotel is impressive. So quiet. Room was very clean, and desk staff very nice. Breakfast was varied and good enough and kept stocked. Overall, I had been willing to spend the money to be in downtown DC because I was only staying overnight, but this location’s high marks on TripAdvisor etc are well deserved.

The staff was excellent. Best customer service we have had in years. Went out of their way to help and accommodate.

This is no fault of the hotel but the dining area was packed when we came down for breakfast. Unfortunately, the guest that were eating in there left a huge mess for the staff. My husband and I just couldn’t eat breakfast because of the way the other guest were handling the equipment and dropping food everywhere. It was very unsettling to see them leave it in that way for the staff to clean up. That crew needs to be commended for how they kept everything coming and trying to keep it clean as they could. We thank them for their hard work. Once all of those guests cleared out. The area was spotless when we came back.

The staff in particular, very impressive.

The only problem is that the bedside lightings are connected to the wall light. If we need to read with the bedside lights on, the wall lights are all on -- we fall asleep in a bright room all night; if we turn the switch off, the bedside&wall lights are off altogether -- can't turn the bedside lights on only -- can't read in bed and fall a sleep in a dark room.

Clean and tastefully updated with attention to detail. Breakfast was very good.

The male evening front desk clerk was not very friendly. The refrigerator in our rim was not cooking properly. The female clerk was very helpful and offered us another room but we had already unpacked and did not want to move.

The location is great and the rooms are comfortable for a family. Breakfast is amazing!

Housekeeping was lacking. We requested service and they never came. We ended up getting what we needed but it took more than one request. The hotel was clean enough but it would be nicer if it were cleaner.

The front desk staff was outstanding. I had a long day of travel and got confused that I had put one of our three rooms in my son-in-laws name. They could not initially find the reservation because I didn't have the right name..duh. They showed me my bookings on the computer and there he was! Worked out great and I apologized, totally my fault, but they were patient and never responded impolitely!
