The room was very clean. Where the hotel was located at in comparison to the activities that we wanted to do was perfect. The metro train was right outside the hotel for us to catch if we wanted to. There was also electric bikes or scooters to rent at the end of the block from the hotel as well.

The hotel had construction going on and the main entrance was closed and had to enter through the Starbucks. Tiles were being replaced in the floor as well so it was loud in the lobby area at times. However the lobby was very clean and free of dust even though construction was taking place.

Everything!! Even through construction this place was amazing! The valet parking made our trip so convenient and it was a breeze. Highly recommend. We came in from a concert at capital one Arena and the front desk was so helpful giving us a menu for a local pizza spot that DELIVERED!! We were starving and it was late & they were exceptional with their service!! Cannot say enough great things about this place. We will stay here every time we are in DC!

Nothing! We loved everything

Room was good and clean, location was close to city center and all the attractions around. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Bed was comfortable and coffee was hot downstairs. We really liked that the tv had hbo online in it.

Check your bill when checking out. On our first night we parked in a parking garage down the street not associated with the hotel, we learned that was a major no no because the parking garage was closed the next day until the afternoon. After we managed to get our car out of that parking garage we decided we would use valet parking for the second night of our two night stay. When checking out I didn’t look at the receipt until we had gotten home and I realized I had been charged for valet for two nights instead of the one night we actually used it.

All service from housekeeping and check-in staff was exemplary. Room was clean and quiet. In-room fridge very much appreciated.

The biggest issue was the lack of a budget breakfast option (e.g. a continental breakfast or even a place to get a $9 breakfast sandwich). The website lacked clarity about the parking options. The website made it sound like there wasn't an on-site parking option, only nearby public lots. But when we got there, it seemed like there was a parking garage specifically for the Marriott. More clarity here would have been appreciated.

The hotel was super clean, the Metro station is an asset, basically it is close to the attractions. The staff is very, very attentive. The restaurant is of quality and great staff. It was great!

Needs some improvements in some areas. I think they are remodeling.

The location of the hotel, and its staff: polite, friendly and helpful.

(1) There’s no free Internet in the rooms. In order to waive the charge, you have to become a member of their loyalty program, after which you get bombarded with marketing emails. (2) The faucet in the bathroom sink was old and hard to open and shut off. (3) minimum toiletries. No shower cup or body lotion.

Great location not to far from the White House and the Mall. Rooms are clean, confortable and modern. Big plus the parking: You pay a fee for overnight parking and you can remove your vehicle as many times as you please. Big big plus: Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The Marriott Metro Center was perfectly located, just steps away from most of the local attractions. From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and concierge was genuinely helpful.

there was not a thing I’d remark on.

I had a handicap accessible room. It was superb! More than adequate bath space. It could have used more closet space and an extra straight chair not on wheels.

The alarm clock was wonky and the power would cut out when charging my phone or my roommates Fitbit. I kept needing to recharge my phone on the wall outlet across the room!

Location was perfect, metro station right on the corner, walking to coffee shops, restaurants and most museums, or quick uber. Room was very clean, and larger than expected. Bed was comfy. I would definitely stay again, looking forward to planning a trip this summer.

There is a starbucks on Location, which closes way too early for the evening. Night time coffee service, even if only available with room key would really keep me going.
