It provided a place to stay, fulfilling my need.

The people in the room above me ruined the entire stay. Sounded like a herd of elephants arrived each night about 11:30 pm and finally settled down around 1:30 am. Very very poor sound insulation between floors. For that reason alone I rate the hotel a 1, averaging out to a 7 or 8. Otherwise would have been a 9. Better sound insulation is needed. This shortcoming ruined sleep both nights and will preclude my staying at this facility again

Room was excellent: clean, great arrangement of bathroom, bed, desk, couch, sink, microwave, etc.

Breakfast was OK, but kind of small amount, plastic utensils were used that add to the landfill, and the tables didn't get cleaned off as people left so that the next clients would find a clean place to eat.

Location, breakfast, window covers. All hotels should have those instead of curtains.

Would have preferred to pay less than I did. On the side of less than $200 rather than more after fees would have been great.

Comfortable beds, ample space, great pillows, clean bathrooms, great smelling soaps!

No free breakfast. The night staff couldn't sell us a beer that was on the display case. She said night shift can't sell beer......what? After a long exhausting day of traveling, it's nice to unwind with a beer. Phone in room 307 didn't have a cord, so I couldn't call the front desk to complain about the people above us who were making a lot of noise, running in the room, and jumping up and down at 11pm when we had to get up to go to the airport at 4:45am. So not the night of sleep i would have loved to have had.

Liked the quiet area — near a business park, very empty on the weekend.

I arrived at breakfast a half hour before closing time, and felt like everything was picked over. The attendant seemed to be hoping nobody else would show up.

It was good accommodation for my family, with very comfortable beds and sofabed. The workers were very nice to my kids, I always enjoy a nice talk

The hotel hosts were awesome and very hardworking. The full service restaurant is a definite plus and needed since the property is set so far off the beaten track. I have to say that this was an attraction because of noise reduction but its also a pain because its so far removed from everything it's almost an inconvenience if you need something from the store. And if you're going to post the pool as being closed that's what it should be...closed. I was at the businesss center and distracted by the people in the pool and found it strange they were in there since its clearly posted everywhere that the pool is not open. I would have and could have used the whirlpool but it "closed".

Location was good and staff was friendly. Room was beautifully furnished. Living room was spacious and work area was well thought out. Definitely good value for the price.

My room faced the street light and that was a little bit of a bother at night (until I figured out how to use the blinds, which are very cool, I must say).

The modern updates were very nice. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The beds were comfortable.

The TV wss was in a weird location. I don't know that area so without GPS, not sure how easy it would have been to find that late at night. Would have appreciated a grab bar for the tub. It was so low.
