Everything! The front desk agent was very friendly and professional. We asked for a few extra pillows and she called housekeeping and they arrived at our room at the same time we did! The room was exceptionally clean. There was an area with extra towels, tissues, and toilet paper. There was a Keurig with several choices and a spacious refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The rate was very good. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it?

I do wish it had breakfast included although there was a breakfast option for 14.99 that looked delicious. We were visiting the area after having lived there several years back so we decided to go to a local favorite for breakfast.

Great staff. Asked for extra room towel, pool door unlocked, pool towels, etc. all provided with a smile. Wonderful suggestion for dinner at Oyster House downtown. And downtown is just a five minute drive. Thank you for having laundry on site, we were at the end of our three week vacation with lots of dirty clothes. Extra bonus was laundry was next to pool, so I could sit in the hot tub/pool while I waited. Nice facilities, well landscaped and walking path nearby. Room very comfortable...or we were so tired from hiking Mt Rainer the day before we passes out lol.

Make sure to get to the laundry early, only one washer. Fortunately we were up. Pool could be open a little earlier than 9 am. It is a little late if you want a dip before checkout.

Location of the toilet paper was very awkwardly placed. We also ran out of toilet paper and tissue.

Great jumping off point for our trip to the Olympic Natl. Park while traveling in the Seattle area. Comfortable and clean, which is all you really need after a long days hike outside.

The hotel is located just off of Interstate 5 in Olympia. The property is very up to date and attractive. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room was well very well equiped and very clean. The in-house restaurant provides a limited menu, but allows guests to dine in without having to get back in the car. My meal was quite good and reasonably priced. Breakfast offerings are plentiful and breakfast was included in the price for my room.

The hotel is located just off Intersate 5, so road noise is a factor. Recommend that you ask for a room on the side of the hotel away from the highway.

There was a good variety of food at the morning buffet. The hotel location was easy to find and nice surroundings with park near by. The whole place was clean comfortable with friendly staff. I'll stay there again.

The powdered scrambled eggs at breakfast were not edible. Instead ask to have fresh cooked at your table. The noise from freeway is loud. I will always remember to stay on the opposite side of the hotel from now on.

The decor is stylish and comfortable. Love that the rooms have a cozy chair with ottoman and adjustable writing desk that you can pull up for work while sitting in the chair. This is nice for working or reading if you don't want to be at an official desk and desk chair (which is also provided) in the rooms. The grill, room service staff and maintenance/cleaning folks I encountered are all super friendly and make you feel so welcome. The pool and jacuzzi, on-site laundry, work-out room are a plus. The free access to printers is very helpful if you're trying to get work done. Love that each room has its own fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee pot.

The worst part of staying here is dealing with the front desk. They are often not even out front when you walk in. You could steal all the things off the front counter and no one would have a clue as it's a ghost town. During my stay, all but once of entering the lobby and front desk, there was no one there. You have to awkwardly knock on the door to the office behind the front desk to get them to come out. Ironically, the manager was the least friendly person I dealt with. You get the sense that she does not like her job or people one bit. She'll do things if you ask her (begrudgingly) but for the most part acts like she's doing you a favor and can't wait for you to leave. Sad for her and the guests who have to deal with her. Hopefully she'll be off-shift when you arrive.

I liked how one could choose from a buffet or a la carte breakfast and that free coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available. Dining room staff were really nice. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a plus!

There was some confusion about our reservation and it took awhile to check in. I also did not get one of my room choices which I didn't fully understand. Appreciated the staff did putting us on the quiet side of the hotel (away from the freeway) though!
