Loved the whole vibe! Free drink was a bonus as was music in the lobby! Room was great and no issues with water pressure. I even played the provide video game! Location can't be beat and everything was withing a short walk or drive.

There was nothing that really stood out that i didn't like. If I had to say one thing, the AC/heater was a bit loud and did wake me up when it kicked on a couple of times.

Quirky boutique hotel. At first sight looks like a 1960's motel but look again. It is but it's been restored while preserving the period ambience. Hidden in the 1960's look are things like electronic door locks to rooms, good quality bathroom fittings, comfortable bed. Exceptional staff.

Breakfast was limited but rather in keeping with the period look and feel of the place.

Standard motel but in town and painted doors with a few fun items scattered around. All good and all functions.

A little bit expensive for what it is. Breakfast was a disappointment - it's porridge and pop tarts. And disposable and single use. Staff could do with personality implants. Check-in a bit tortuous when you don't have American SIM. Why insist on text and not email or WhatsApp?

Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Having my little dog with us was no issue and the team was very accomodating. I liked the kitchy artwork. The rooms were very clean. I liked having a room entry code and not a card that had my credit card info embedded.

We only had an overnight stay, and I found nothing wrong.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! There was live music on the patio with nice adirondack chairs and gas fire pit, wine and beer selection in the lobby to enjoy while listening to music. Fun to get to know the other guests.

Maybe add a savory breakfast item like hard boiled egg and toast / bagel.

This was a sweet little motor court right downtown. The retro feel, the artwork and murals were charming. The staff was wonderful. The wine on tap was good and the breakfast, an oatmeal bar was fun and a nice way to start the day.

The lighting could have been better. This is a common complaint in hotels.

Every staff member I encountered was fantastic, loved the room, close to WSU, enjoyed the morning oatmeal, coffee and wine at night. Was able to stop in to hear the evening entertainment in the lobby as well. Looking forward to my next visit in June, where hopefully it will be warm and can enjoy the outdoor spaces

Only negative was the parking lot, small and several cars did not park well and took up more than 1 parking space and hard with the different slopes.

This place is a welcome addition to the choice of accommodations in Pullman. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC was cranking (which we needed!) and the staff were very friendly. We liked being right downtown and enjoyed the artistic vibe that sets this place apart, including the opportunity to sit outside and listen to live music on the patio. Located very close to a great breakfast spot/coffee shop.

This is a refurbished older motel and so the rooms are kind of small compared to what we have grown accustomed to. If you are just using this for a place to sleep it is totally fine.

The Oatmeal Bar was great! The coffee was exceptional! The arrival was great with the complementary Beer/Wine. I loved the decorating in the rooms. Our bed was very comfortable.

Parking could be better. There are not a lot of spaces out front. Though, I believe< there was more parking behind and to the side of the property.

Different than your ordinary hotel. Room was cute and thoughtfully decorated, updated and comfortable.Dude in the office was super friendly and knowledgeable.

A bit close to a main road, but wasn’t busy and loud at night. Could hear every footstep people above me took, but not a big deal.
