evening front desk Kay awesome helping me. In the lodge, room very spacious and upgraded. a homey feel but 1st class. Super deck with lake view. Bed with topper was so very comfortable. Loved the very large TV and that it swiveled with channel list helpful.

I spent 2 ½ hrs getting lost trying to find correct hwy. The afternoon front desk was no help with directions. All she had to do was to make sure I was driving on 101 NORTH not 101 SOUTH. Finally Kay the early evening front desk gave me correct directions. It’s very imp all staff members should have written knowledge of hwys and directions. She should have known I needed to be driving on 101 NORTH not SOUTH, then imp to take the 1st Shelton exit but NOT the 2nd exit and to continue straight on 8. My map did not show this. I spent unnecessary wasted time ending up in down town Shelton.

Fresh and clean suite with a generous shared space. Kitchen was well set up, we appreciated the coffee/tea maker. The property is right on the water, there's an entrance for small personal watercraft and fire pits. Great location for access to the southern area of Olympic National Park. We were pleasantly surprised.

Our ground floor suite views of the lake were largely obscured by RVs. No shelf space in the bathroom. The turnoff is right off a main road, we had to take extra care with our toddler.

Very big room with kitchen area and a balcony with a beautiful view to the lake. There was a common room with some board games as well. It was rainy and fall when we visited, but it seemed like the lake side would be nice to enjoy in the summer.

The only thing I can think of is that it would've been nice if we could've changed quarters because a lot was needed to do laundry. It was kind of a hassle to drive around the small town and not being able to get some. But otherwise it was great that they had laundry facilities. Maybe if we weren't European, we would've been better prepared with quarters :)

This hotel was amazing. Very clean, comfy beds. Pull out for the kid. Amazing view of the water. Very peaceful and quiet. Cute little gathering room with ice, books and puzzles to share. The little patio area was amazing for drinking your coffee in the morning, and we loved walking the beach during low tide. Lots of interesting to see. Would definitely recommend.

It wasn't hot but there was no ac. There was a fan though which was nice!

It was a perfect Stay for two nights. The view and the whole area are amazing. I had the chance to rent one of their Kayaks and that was just fun.

In that remote area the should add a cooking option and they should defreeze their refrigiator. Like in 90% of the places I visited in the US, the freezing zone is just a block of Ice with no chance of any use. Beside of that I just love the place!

There wasn't breakfast, but couple of restaurants within a few miles. The room was very clean and updated. Front desk staff was super nice. Nice water view!

The beds were box spring, so not quite as comfortable as larger hotels...also, not that bad. The floors are wood, so you can hear the people above you walking, especially if they have shoes on. It does sit off of hwy 101, so you do get some traffic noise, but not horrible.

The room was bigger than I expected with a comfortable couch and a king size bed. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water. Even though the property is right on the highway, we were not bothered by highway noise. Watching the sun come up over Hood Canal was very nice.

The room does not have air conditioning, which would not usually be a problem in that area. We were there during unseasonably warm weather so the room was hot when we got there. There was a fan in the room and we brought one of our own since we were anticipating hot weather. The evening did cool down nicely so we were able to get the room cool by morning. Nothing, to do with the hotel, but nearby restaurant options were limited.

The hotel was great. Excellent view. Room was tastefully decorated, neat and comfortable. Dish soap, paper towels and sundries were provided. I barley saw staff during my 3 day stay.

I took one star off because it was hard to sleep in the morning. Footsteps on the room floors and front deck made a ton of noise when other guests walked (?) and the traffic was pretty noisy as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. The heat was set at 60° already when we got there it wasn't freezing cold in the room was rather welcoming. Balcony had a nice view of the water. I had parking directly outside of my door. The parking area was well lit. The staff was friendly and responsive at check-in.

The soda machine was out of sprite, I had to drink a diet Pepsi. But honestly if that's all I have to complain about, it was a pretty nice stay. I'll be coming back and I'll stock up on Sprite before I get there.

The two bedroom cabin was comfortable and exactly as advertised. A great getaway for three adults for a long weekend. It was very close and convenient to both Shelton and Olympic National Park. Staff did a great job positioning the RVs on pads that did not obstruct waterfront views from the occupied cabins.

The Waterfront is in a great location right on the water. The only downside is the proximity to Hwy 101 which obviously there's nothing that can be done about that. While the windows seal tightly and the cabin seemed well-insulated there is no avoiding Hwy 101 traffic noise.
