How beautiful it was decorated for Christmas.

We were told we could pay 40 more for a 2 pm check out. I was having tremendous difficulty with insomnia for a while. I just seriously was so excited to try to get sleep without our 4 little dog's. Well my fiance went to the front desk and they told him no late check out. It even says on the website that you can pay more for late check out. By the time he came back to wake me I was extremely so tired and just completely thought we had late check out. I am really not happy with this kind of issue. Very much felt like it was the rudest thing ever

The bed was Awesome, Quiet, no street noise, 16th flr ocean side. It was fun to have the art work different on each floor, if we had more time, we would have checked out all the floors. It was for sure a great night sleep.

The hotel was great, When booking it did not give an option of 2 bed for 2 people, I had to book it as for 4 people in 2 double beds. it worked out good, same price as for a couple in a king, but I wasn't sure if I could have paid less being that I didn't actually have 4 people. Maybe it is the booking.com site, but worth considering either way. a cup under the bathroom shelves scared my friend, the tv was off when we had left it on, thinking someone may have been in the room while we were away

We have stayed here before. Generally, my family loves it here, especially on the higher floors. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are always clean and cozy. The king room had plenty of space (we stayed in a suite before). The onsite restaurant has good food, and the staff is friendly and great with our kids.

The only criticism I have is that our particular room (2309) was right next to the elevator. I can't say that this woke me up (my 2 y/o daughter took care of that) but getting back to sleep was tricky with the constant noise that I can only attribute to our proximity to the elevators.

Check-in was easy, it's a nice facility with some good amenities provided. The rooms are nice and clean, and have good heating and cooling. The restaurant has good food, if a little pricey. The front desk was on top of things and called us when our pizza delivery arrived.

We had an issue with our room keys and had to have them rekeyed twice. The showers don't have great pressure and our bathroom sink took a while to drain. There also isn't much nearby in the way of budget-friendly food, especially on the weekend, so plan for that.

The property was nicely done. It has a lovely bar area and beautiful glass art throughout the hotel. It is easy to get to and down the street from several attractions such as the Glass Museum, Children’s Museum, Civic Center, and the Tacoma Dome. Beds were medium firmness and the pillows were good. We were on the 25th floor so there was absolutely no road noise even with construction on the street. The snacks on the patron floor (25th floor) were a nice touch and if you’re a party with multiple rooms having access to the lounge area is nice! Didn’t use the fitness center but looked at it and it was a nice fitness center, had all the basics. Free weights go up to 50lbs.

The restaurant closed at 11 and didn’t open again until 5 and the bar didn’t open until 4. Would’ve like something during the lunch hour to be available. The elevators were wonky our whole trip so hopefully they fix those up quickly! The water pressure in the shower was lackluster and definitely could be improved. The breakfast on the patron floor (25th floor) was minimal for the cost—eggs, sausage, and a variety of bread items. Would’ve liked to see a better spread.

room had a great view of mt Rainer and the bay, bed was great, breakfast included was ok. in house rtestaurant was pretty good.

we tried to check in early but the room wasn't ready so we went for a walk. It took forever for the front desk to determine that the room wasn't ready so when we returned i expected it to be quick. It was not but once we finally got the key card we went up to the room and it was occupied! Luckily no one was in the room but their luggage, clothes etc were all over.

The room exceeded my expectations. If I needed something, I could call the front desk about it. I enjoyed the breakfast and the snacks on the patron floor. The beds and the bathroom were just right. I felt safe being in the building, because of the location in downtown Tacoma. The Bite restaurant was excellent. I enjoyed the staff making sure my stay was to my satisfaction.

I didn't like the parking fee of $26.00 a night.

We had an awesome view from the 23rd Floor of downtown Tacoma. It’s so colorful and bright at night. The Front Desk Staff were all courteous and kind. The Lobby had a gorgeous Christmas Tree and the art and statues reminded me of being in a museum. It was surprisingly quiet at check in which is a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the holidays.

The only drawback was there wasn’t a microwave in our room to make popcorn or warm up takeout pizza. It seems pretty standard in most hotels. The hotel does have a great restaurant, bar and lounge area. My guess is they want you to spend your money in their hotel instead of bringing food from the outside.

The beautiful glass sculptures. The staff were very professional and friendly. The bed in my room was has down one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in while traveling.

Only a handful of options to choose from at mealtimes in the hotel restaurant, no room service, I paid for a deluxe king room on the 6th floor @ 175+ a night for 2 nights which included king bed, fridge, microwave, air conditioning, private bathroom, coffee pot, free WiFi, etc.. No microwave was in my room. Before I paid for my reservation I made sure to look for a parking fee as I always have before continuing to pay to confirm my stay. When I arrived to check in I was frustrated to learn that I’d have to pay 14 dollars a night to park if I wanted to park on the property I felt I had no other choice than to pay being as my car could possibly get stolen, vandalized, broke in to, ticketed, towed parking on the street.

The staff was wonderful and responsive. The view was great of the mountain. The room was clean and well appointed.

An overpowering odor of Marijuana came into my room, and the adjoining room 2 days in a row. The staff could not locate the individual(s). It's quite cold in the bar/lobby area, and the seating is not comfortable. It is not helpful when one wants to relax and have a drink with friends or family. The restaurant has decent food, but the menu is quite limited. Not enough variety to lure me in unless I have no other option.
