Check-in was very well handled and all questions I asked about the area were answered in a knowageable way. It would have been nice to know before arrival that there was a pool not mentioned in their ad.)

who makes beds by tucking both top and bottom sheets around the mattress? Also it would have been nice to not have to ask for a blanket. The bedspread isn't good enough when it is very thin. I know they were expecting over a hundred degree weather, which thank God didn't happen, but... I also understand that some people take anything extra from the rooms but aren't there more honest patrons out there?

Thank you for having a breakfast, especially the fresh fruit! Also the coffee and tea options. Comfy beds, and a big room for our family to stay in together. Affordable room!

Our room was really hot. The AC was on, so not sure if it was not working? I think it was just so hot that day that the AC couldn't keep up well on the second floor, so not really much the hotel could do about that. The pool was broken, but from what we were told, it happened the day we arrived, so not much the hotel could do about that either.

Nice pool, clean room, friendly staff, comfortable beds, everything in the room worked, nice views.

Refrigerator froze everything, even on lower shelf. Had to thaw food for awhile before eating. Squeaky beds. Shower fixtures could use updating.

The folks who run the Holiday Lodge Wenatchee were very genuine and kind! Excellent customer service. The king bed was very comfortable. The room was set to a cool temperature with A/C upon my arrival and was very clean.

The bathtub had stains on the base. There also is not a lot of lighting in the room without natural light (two small lamps on the wall).

The television was terrible.

The staff was helpful and friendly and was able to help with our accommodations. The room was nice for what we needed and will definitely stay there again when traveling for play or business. Go location and close to shops within a couple of miles.

There was no remote for the tv and one of the set of stairs were under construction. There really wasn't anything else wrong with the room or the location.

The room looked v clean. We liked that it had hardwood floor instead of carpet. The location was good close to stores and the center of Wenatchee. They let us check-in a bit earlier on our request.

The wifi never worked in our room. The AC was not very effective to heat up the entire room and we felt a bit cold at night, but it was still manageable.

Very nice motel. Great value. Large room, clean, comfy bed, good A/C. Fridge and microwave in room. Good breakfast with apples, bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea. The new owners are very friendly, very helpful.

An accessible room would have been nice.

It is an old building but the room and bed were clean and comfortable. Coffee, tee, muffin and fresh fruit were at the office for breakfast. Great value for simple stay.

the only negative thing negative thing I can say is there was no luggage rack to set my suitcase on. had to set it in the floor. otherwise excellent room!
